Perfect!

Everything about this property was as promised and more! Excellent communication, beds were very comfortable and had everything you needed for a week stay. Sunsets were amazing!!!

Location and Perfect for two couples

We really enjoyed our stay at the Colibri. The condo was perfect for two couples as we each had our own room and bathroom, which worked out perfectly. Tom, the owner, was very affable and quick to respond to any questions we had. Sally, the property manager, greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The location was very close to everything and the view from the condo was perfect. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and watching the sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view!

We had a fabulous time at Tom’s condo in late January. Weather couldn’t have been more glorious & view is to die for. The location is terrific: walking distance to lots of restaurants. Favorites: Dugarels for red snapper, calamari & margaritas while watching the sunset beachside. All inexpensive. Breakfast is Los Pericos; nearby, too. The condo is well furnished w/ comfortable beds & furnishings, nice covered terrace w/ wonderful view of heated infinity edge pool & bay. Off street parking is a real perk. Lots of security on property. 5 blocks from main plaza. Sally, the site manager, is delightful & responsive. Tom, owner, responses quickly, too. Heartily recommend, unless u take my week!

Great ocean front get away

We had a great time at Colibri with our family. All interactions with the owner and staff were helpful and friendly. The condo and complex are well appointed, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Colibri is not a hotel but rather a condo complex with owners who live there so it is best for adults or families with older children.

Beautiful Bucerias

We love Bucerias and had a wonderful time staying at Colibri. Tom was very helpful with all arrangements, and we had beautiful weather, fabulous dinners, and enjoyed our condo very much. The view from the condo and pool all excellent.

Location, location, location

This beautiful condo is just minutes from everything you’ll need. Restaurants, bars, mini-super, and pharmacies! The pool is a heated infinity pool overlooking the beach, perfect for people watching! The Condo has everything you need for a stress free holiday. Everyone there was friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Bucerías Beachside

Awesome location, right next to town. A bit of noise from the road at times since this is near the street end of the building. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Plenty of lounges at the awesome pool. Sunsets are spectacular with soothing surf sounds in the background. The unit is well provided with all you need. Comfortable king bed in the master. Huge walk in closet in master and large closet in the other room. There were only two of us but the set up would give privacy for both rooms with private bath for each. The property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. Thanks Tom and Karla.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Every unit in this condo overlooks the infinity pool and beach. Everything was exactly as advertised. The location was good, easy walking to many restaurants and market. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and even included pool toys, beach chairs,umbrella and a bike The owner was very helpful in arranging airport pickup and quickly responding to our needs. If you are looking for a clean,safe place to stay ion the beach, this is it.

Great spot in Mexico!

First off, the condo is very nice and clean and well appointed. The owner communicates quickly and there were no issues with access etc.. The building is very nice as well, with a lot of owners in their units who are all very pleasant . The building is clean and well maintained and secure. The location is excellent. Chose between the pool overlooking the ocean, or, walk a few steps and go in the ocean. It is a short walk to many bars and restaurants and shops via the street or the beach. If you need to go somewhere further, taxis are quick and cheap. You can go to Puerto or Nuevo Vallarta , La Cruz, Salulita all with a short taxi ride or even take a local bus. We had a great day on a Chica Locca Catamaran cruise to Yelapa. This is not like staying in an all inclusive resort every day for a week or more. We felt very safe walking around Bucerias any time of the day or night and visiting numerous restaurants and bars. We will definitely go back.

Great location and facility!

Cannot beat the location: close to the town square, right on the beach which you can walk for miles, great swimming pool. Lots of restaurants and bars within a couple blocks. Unit is well equipped. Owner and property manager easy to deal with.

It was wonderful!

The condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular. We loved the quiet pool area with close access to the beach. It was great to be able to walk around Bucerias so easily. It was a perfect vacation for us!

We were there for 2 weeks the place was great the pool clean always chairs to lay on out the gate walk the beach lots of bars and restaurants on beach close to downtown for breakfast supper night life if you wanted to go out we will be going back again owner great to work with

Great time in Bucerias

Very nice time and a great New Year getaway. The Condo was great -clean, modern, everything worked. Owner was prompt and clear in communication. Local manager was there to meet us and also very communicative and helpful. Beautiful pool and view. Quiet and overall very enjoyable. We will be back if possible!

Best Location in Bucerias

Found this condo at the last minute and were only able to stay for 5 nights. The owner was extremely helpful in accommodating our tight timeline, and once we arrived the property manager was there to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The beachfront location really cannot be beat. Many restaurants within blocks of the condo, but on the northern edge of downtown so the condo's location had an element of privacy too. Very secure property with a code to use for entry from both the street and the beach. We spent many hours in and around the pool when taking a break from the ocean, and loved the second floor location as it was very easy access to run up the stairs for another cold drink. The condo itself had plenty of room four our family of four, and the balcony with the ocean view was a great place to start and end every day. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay on the beach.

Sun, sand and surf

My wife and I stayed in this condo for 10 days in January, 2016. The complex is located on the beach at one end of the town of Bucerias. The beach is clean and you can walk for miles in either direction and swim in the ocean. The town is full of restaurants offering a variety of international cuisine within walking distance of the condo. The pool (right on the beach), building and grounds are well maintained. The complex is gated and we felt very comfortable from a security standpoint. The unit is well equipped with appliances for those who wish to cook or prepare meals. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is on the front and you can hear the surf which we like. It opens onto the covered patio or lanai with great views of the pool, beach and ocean which can also be seen from the master bedroom. We communicated directly with the owner and the on site property manager, both of whom were informative and accessible. We highly recommend this property.

Great Location

My wife and I spent 2 weeks at the condo in January, 2015. The location of the complex in Bucerias is almost in a perfect spot. Everything is very close and easy to get to. There are many very fine restaurants within just a few minute walk. Stores for those missing items also within an easy 5 minute walk.The view, especially sunsets...AMAZING! The pool area was really nice and well looked after. Never had to fight for a lounge chair or umbrella. The condo itself has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a really nice large Weber Q bbq. The balcony was were we spent most of our time while in the condo, took all our meals on it. With that view how can you not. Sally is the property manager...very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this condo without question.

Wonderful place!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at this condo in January 2012. We absolutely loved it! We have stayed at 3 other condo complexes in Bucerias and we felt that this complex had the nicest pool area so far. Lots of lounge chairs and tables, and the pool has a shallow area for small children. Many of the owners were there during our visit and they were very friendly and welcoming! The unit is well equipped and has good internet and cable. Lots of pool toys to use, and kitchen very well equipped. Balcony is child friendly, and nice for outdoor dining. Location is good...nice to be on the beach and close to many good restaurants. Had two wonderful meals at Toscana Mia, an Italian restaurant quite close to the condo. Hope to return for another visit soon!!
