Beautiful living room area integrated with kitchen and the spacious terrace with a very cozy lounging space for a family get-together. This condo assures breathtaking views of vast forest and pacific ocean. It is a great vacation place where you will feel at home while enjoying paradise.
The property is in immaculate condition and has one assigned parking space along with access to visitor parking. This spectacular property is within Reserva Conchal, Costa Ricaâs premier resort, with hiking trails, tennis, and pickleball courts, a 2690 sq feet beach club with a health center, spa, restaurant, bar, kayaks, stand-up paddles, and bikesâŠ. all of these world-class amenities in front of the white sand of pristine Conchal Beach!
This condo is located within Reserva Conchal in Carao Complex, which provides a convenient access to the beach club, reachable within a 15-minute walk through flat, shaded paths, besides Westin.
You can also take a 5-minute drive to The Beach Club on your car or use the on-demand free shuttle service, which will come right to the condo and pick you up - anytime from 7:00am â 10:00pm.
If you need daily cleaning, we can arrange that with an additional cost. You must contact us to request our cleaning service menu. We can also arrange for your groceries to be purchased and delivered to the condo, as well as a personal chef, yoga instructor, anything you want, so you can just relax and be pampered!
