A prime location with walkability to Center Parc Stadium & Georgia Ave's top restaurants. Travel with ease thanks to the proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson airport & Marta station.

2 Bedrooms | 2.5 Baths
- 1 King bed in the primary bedroom w/ a TV.
- 1 Queen size bed in the guest bedroom w/ a TV.
- Italian sheets.
- The 2 bathrooms have modern fixtures & finishes, & include plenty of plush robes, towels, & toiletries for your convenience.
FEATURES:
- The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city, with comfortable seating & a 75 in TV with an exceptional speaker system.
- One of the highlights of our home is the chef's kitchen, which features Kitchen Aid appliances; a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, & dishwasher. Whether you're an experienced home cook or just looking to prepare a quick meal, you'll find everything you need in our kitchen.
- Swiss-made Jura coffee machine.
- EV charger.
- Private garage & street parking available.
OUTDOOR FEATURES:
- If you prefer to cook outdoors, there's a gas grill on the back patio, connected to the kitchen, perfect for a summer BBQ.
- Outdoor seating on the front balcony off of the living room.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the home, premium amenities, & complimentary toiletries.
For guests booking directly or through VRBO, a hold will be placed on your card prior to check in to protect against damages. The hold will be released after checkout.
RULES & POLICIES:
Pool access is limited to stays of five days or longer due to HOA restrictions.
No guests outside the reservation are permitted at the pool.Swim at your own risk.
HOUSE RULES
Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- Guests must be over the age of 25.
- No parties &|or events, glitter, tape, or confetti.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense. Guests who smoke indoors will be charged a $250 additional cleaning fee. We do offer smoking outside and on the patio. But PLEASE dispose of the butts.
- Please no loud music or noise after 8 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.
-If you live locally, we do not take last minute bookings.
PETS are NOT allowed.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.
REMINDER
- Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.
GRILL
- The grill is for guests use & recreational enjoyment, as with all appliances & amenities, you will find it clean on your arrival, with the understanding, it will be left clean after use.
We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he/she has no control. This includes but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said vacationers and guests.
