Narval Sur is a brand new fully furnished, carefully decorated, 2-bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has the touch to make you feel at a Luxury Resort and every detail you need to be as comfortable as at home.
The spacious open kitchen unfolds to the dining room and living room, which makes it perfect for family & friends gatherings. You will find everything you need to treat your family with a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, while everyone enjoys stunning Bahia de Banderas views. Kitchen features electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and microwave. The terrace makes a wonderful place to indulge in your morning coffee or evening wine while you take in the view.

The location of the condominium is truly amazing, right on the beach close to the town of Bucerias which has a wonderful atmosphere and is full of restaurants, bars, shops, and a welcoming community. You are also a 10-minute walk down the beach from Sukha Beach House, a local restaurant serving delicious Mexican cuisine.
Only 25-30 minutes away are the beautiful beaches of La Boat, Careyeros, Higuera Blanca, Litibú, Sayulita and San Pancho.
Narval Sur is a brand-new development with condos still not complete yet. There may be some repair noises and smells due to the continued work. However, the building's superior interior design ensures that these sounds are minimal and blend seamlessly into the surroundings and won't distract from what really matters: relaxing in paradise! If you are sensitive to noises or smells and want absolute peace and quiet for yourself then this may not be the right property.
