Steps from Columbia College, 3 minutes to the University of Missouri, and two blocks from The Blue Note and Rose Music Hall, this location offers endless opportunities. Impeccably clean with eclectic finishes, it’s more than a home. Some pets are welcome with a pet fee. Usually booked—if it’s available, it won’t last long. This home is only available up to 210 nights per year.

I was a first-timer to Columbia for a school event. I needed a dog-friendly place that was walking distance to downtown. It was perfect! The house had everything I needed (or might have forgotten) on site. Free off-street parking behind the house. Comfy, nicely decorated rooms with lots of natural lighting. The well furnished kitchen even had a full Brita pitcher & full ice bin at the ready, along with teas, coffee & spices. They even left dog bowls on the floor for my pooch. :) If I had more downtime, I'd have read one of the many books there. Several dining options were literally around the corner. It was spotlessly clean & had quiet neighbors. I'd book again in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Devin, for your hospitality.

I loved staying here. The house was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Very close to the Columbia downtown area and easy to walk to cafes, coffee shops and such.

Perfect Stay in Como!

This is the perfect place to stay in Como! A few blocks off Broadway, you’re right near Mizzou’s campus! Super cute place with all the comforts of home! Beds are extremely comfortable! Communication from the owner was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy & Fun close to Downtown location

Such a fun, cozy, clean place to stay. Easy entry. Great proximity to downtown Columbia. Fun bright decor. Kitchen has everything. Off street parking is a great bonus. Nice coffee shop and a couple places to eat 1/2 block walk. Devin is a very responsive host.

Great place! Very nicely appointed and well done!

This is a great place! This is the place to stay if you are visiting Mizzou. Walking distance to Broadway and other spots. Inside is fresh, clearly recently renovated, and has most everything you would need. The furniture is clean and very comfortable and make for a very nice stay. Highly recommend!

Cute Cozy CoMo Spot!

We LOVED staying at this sweet house! It was perfect for our family of four and a great location near downtown and campus. Depending on your group’s abilities (and the mid-Missouri weather), you could easily walk to downtown from the house. The style and decor was so fun and full of energy! Truly a gem of a place! We would absolutely stay there again!!!!

Comfy cozy apartment in COMO

My wife and I (and my mother) stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Mizzou. Beds were so comfy!! The location was perfect for attending events near the university. We crepes place across the street was delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend!
