This home has unobstructed views of the famous Las Vegas Strip & valley. Sunsets will never be the same after viewing one from this home. Custom windows, stacking & pocket doors throughout. Every bedroom has a mountain or Las Vegas Strip view and its own ensuite! Stunning, modern design, this home has high-end appliances, a chef's kitchen, private backyard oasis with an infinity pool and spa. This home is within 1.5 Miles to the Las Vegas Strip. We are close to everything, 5 minutes to dining, casino, golfing, and shopping. Experiences are all within a 10-minute drive from our house! This is a 30-day minimum stay lease, sorry NO exceptions.
Two Story, 4500 sq.ft. modern masterpiece. This home has a dedicated office workspace downstairs for privacy. Advanced wifi set up throughout. Newly installed electronics for multiple viewing areas of your favorite shows or tv series. This home is more suitable for older children and adults. Private backyard with infinity pool and spa.
Home comes fully equipped with a full kitchen, coffee, espresso, toaster, pots & pans, and misc items you need to cook. Bedrooms come with all linens and a set of towels per bathroom. Soaps shampoo and personal desired items will need to be brought by the tenant.
What I love about this property is the VIEW and the LOCATION! You get morning mountain views, afternoon clouds, sometimes snow mountain views, and then into the evening all the twinkle lights of the downtown activity. Open the sliding fade-away doors, sit out with a glass of wine, enjoy the infinity spa/pool and it's just ahhhhhh. The location of this home is close to everything but not too close. You can have all of the fun downtown life golf courses and activities only minutes away including easy access to the airport and then escape away to your skyline private view home to relax, regroup and recharge.
All towels and bedding have been cleaned professionally. An adequate supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies is provided. Tenant will have to provide replacements if needed for longer term stays. Self-check-in. Hospitals, pharmacies, and grocery stores are nearby.

Local hiking options are available right at the end of the cul-de-sac where this property resides. Public golf courses are within 10 minutes of the property. Green Valley area has upscale Restaurants, fitness venues, shopping and much more.

We fell in love with this property because of the views, the infinity pool/spa, and the amazing architecture. We loved the layout with its communal spaces as well as the private bedrooms and ensuites. We also loved the location of this home as you are close to everything. The home is located in a private gated community and in a very safe and beautiful development. This home has such a warm and inviting feel as if you were in your own private resort. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This home is privately situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has the most amazing views of the mountains, sunsets, city, and twinkling downtown city lights. The home is unique with an open floor plan to include everyone but also has the private area's to relax and unwind.
