Stayed at this house for 4 nights. 12 guys went down the cape for a weekend full of golf. We’re all over 40 years old. This place was PERFECT!!!! Plenty of parking, plenty of beds, clean, AC, restaurants, grocery store, liquor store all with in 3 miles and minutes off the highway. I highly recommend this place. Absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to rent it out again.

Great property for a big family and great communication from the hosts. Nice beach is about a 3 block walk and easy drive to Falmouth or Cataumet (where the rest of the family stayed).

Lovely place

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was easy. House was spacious with lots of room for everyone. Area was gorgeous with plenty to do. Many thanks!

Lots of room in this Vacation Home. Multiple gathering sites. Two living rooms, outside space with cover and a space outside with a dining table, chairs and umbrella. We did not have kids with us or have the time to use the outdoor basketball/pickle ball court.Everything went off without a hitch.

This home was perfect for our growing family of 8 adults and 10 children 6 and under. We didn't even use one of the bedrooms!! The host was responsive to all of our questions and needs during our stay. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and utensils you need. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Plenty of bath and hand towels for everyone. The outdoor space is great - lots of room for running and playing. The only thing missing was a place for the kids to ride their bikes, so we drove the short distance to the Canal Bike Trail. The beach is a short (hilly) walk away - great for the kids -even at low tide exploring, catching minnows and hermit crabs! We packed beach chairs, umbrellas and toys but there were plenty there for our use along with a beach wagon and cart. Water shoes are a MUST for this beach. We wondered about the train tracks in the back, but much to the dismay of the kids, we only saw one train all week!! We would definitely come back!

Great place!!

This was our first use of VRBO to rent a vacation house since we have our own vacation house on a lake in northeast PA. Our experience was great. The house is exactly what the website shows and there was more than enough for our entire family of 10. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were fantastic. There was even a first floor bedroom which was great because one of out family members have mobility issues. If we decide to return to Cape Cod next summer, we will certainly consider this house as a rental.

Plenty of room

1 BR on first floor, 5 BR on second floor. Numerous tvs everywhere. Nice patio and yard. Kitchen well stocked. Short walk to beach which is Hen Cove. Fun for kids to catch minnows, hermit crabs, shrimp. Beach is shallow and not crowded. Several restaurants close by to go out or get take out. Outdoor shower was perfect. We enjoyed our week.

Wonderful place for a peaceful stay

The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. Thanks!

Perfect location & Plenty of room!

Excellent location and plenty of room for all 16 of us. Short walk to closest beach but bring water shoes. House was very clean and seemed like we were first-time renters with brand new appliances & furniture. Bedding and beds were hotel quality. Plenty of kitchenware and cookware. We are in for every meal with small children. What we thought this property could use: outdoor shower, fire pit, and didn’t have access to the amenities listed for outdoor games, beach chairs, or wagon that were locked in the garage. Reached out but wasn’t resolved. However, we all agreed we would stay there again. The property has a huge yard and plenty of parking which isn’t easy to find on the Cape.
