Are you 55+ and looking for a wonderful, peaceful, resort type escape? We invite you to join us in enjoying the scenic water-side views as well as the wonderful Florida weather in a community that has all the amenities/social activities that you want. We have a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the sought after and gated active adult resort community of Sea Towers.
Our condo has stunning water views where you can enjoy seeing the dolphins play in the bay or marvel at the fireworks at the 4th of July. The condo comes with a covered parking space, is steps from the pool and fishing pier, and the community has 2 pools, walking trail, a clubhouse, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a gym and a putting green as well as organized community social events, socials and trips.
Our condo is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home featuring a full kitchen, 3 TVs, and a strong Wi-Fi connection. Walk to the grocery store, or nearby shops and restaurants, or enjoy some of the planned social events on the property. The shopping and entertainment district of Seminole is just a couple miles away. Additionally, our well-appointed condo is also conveniently located near popular attractions such as John's Pass Boardwalk as well as the pristine beaches of Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, and Treasure Island, Florida. Only 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport, or Clearwater Beach. Beauty surrounds!
The fine print: This condo is in Sea Towers, a safe and SECURE 55+ community with a 24 hour guard gate. Because of the safety and security, Sea Towers requires an application and background check to be completed along with a $100 application fee and $75 background check fee. At least one resident must be over the age of 55. Minimum rental is 90 days. Please do not hesitate to send me a message for more information!

We love the beauty of Madeira Beach! This is a stunning community that has kept growth to a minimum. Yet it still has a lot of fun with local festivals and celebrations, amazing local seafood, and the world famous Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk!
