Great stay at Zen Retreat. Great location and property was just as advertised. Anna’s communication before and during visit were great; she checked in with me every day. Very well kept and clean.

Everything was clean and exactly as pictured/described. We appreciated salt and pepper in the cabinets, batteries, flashlights, a lighter, etc. Our host was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. We wouldn't change a thing, and we look forward to returning soon!

This is the most perfectly furnished cabin we've been to in Hocking Hills. Has everything you need for a great stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely on the top of our "hocking hills cabin" list. And Anna was always available for any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location being within 10 minutes of most attractions but so quiet and peaceful. The communication with the host was wonderful and she kept checking in to make sure we were doing well, I would definitely stay here again

The cabin’s location was a beautiful and truly peaceful setting - waking up to the quiet of the woods and beautifully chirping birds was a highlight! Very conveniently located as well. We look forward to returning.

Everything about the cabin was perfect. We enjoyed the firepit, hot tub and beds were very comfortable. Location is close to main attractions and town. Anna was an excellent host and very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

This property was everything we were looking for. It was peaceful and relaxing. Close to all the outdoor activities and plenty to do if the weather did not cooperate. Our host was easy to work with and a delight to speak with. We knew we wanted to stay longer the day we arrived. I am sure we will be back for another visit.

The home was clean and well appointed, but there is definitely a mold/mildew smell everywhere. A dehumidifier and Damp Rid throughout the cabin would help. The check in process and entry back in after locking was difficult, as there were two sets of unlocking instructions, the keypad was difficult to use, and we got locked out. Lastly, there should be some place to throw pet waste away appropriately, like maybe a lined trash bin outside? I asked this question and never got a response, but there were unrelated automated responses in lieu of addressing my question.

We had an unusually large amount of rain right before your stay, which caused flooding in the area and increased the humidity inside the cabin. We have now installed a whole-home dehumidifier, so we appreciate you bringing that concern to our attention, it has been addressed. I’m sorry the smart lock was frustrating. I was glad I could get you back into the cabin remotely within a few minutes. The incorrect code had been entered repeatedly and quickly, which temporarily locked the keypad. We’ll continue to work on making the entry instructions as clear as possible. I’m always available to reach if you have any issues. Regarding the dog waste, I did personally respond to your question through the app, as all messaged are answered by me, I don’t have automated responses. I’m sorry if my response wasn’t clear or didn’t reach you as expected. Thank you again for the feedback! We are always trying to improve.

We stayed here for mom’s weekend at OU to be off the beaten path and explore HH . Great location . Easy to find , check in process easy . Everything was as expected and Anna stayed in touch to check on our satisfaction. No complaints and we will return .
