Nice Place

We stayed for my wife's birthday weekend and the location was great! The close proximity to many downtown restaurants and the IX park made it easy to have fun within a walkable distance.

This property was very cute and in the perfect location right off the downtown mall. It was clean and spacious and perfectly suited our needs for a quick trip in town for a wedding.

We enjoyed our stay in Charlottesville! The room was clean and appeared as listed. I loved that the downtown mall was within walking distance and there were wineries and hiking spots within a short driving distance. Check-in was interrupted because while we received the code to the front door prior to check in we did not receive an entry code to the room. We had to call and leave a voicemail but someone got back to us within a few minutes and set the code with us. Overall, we had a good time and will keep this place in mind for future trips to Charlottesville

Lovely stay, great location

Highly recommend, would stay again. Room is on the small side, not a seating area, but for just me it was fine. Check in instructions were thorough and accurate. Thank you!

Charming room in the heart of Charlottesville

We enjoyed our weekend trip in this new, stylish room in a house in downtown Charlottesville. We got breakfast both mornings at Mariebette and ate it out on the terrace. We had a late dinner at the patio restaurant right next door and walked to the brewery just a block away. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. We had a problem with the digital lock on our second day, and the rental company was responsive and helpful. The bar on the corner had a dj and a big event one night, and we were worried it would be loud, but we hardly heard it at all.
