The Coffee Cup Cottage was perfect! Heather really thought of everything, from the comprehensive Welcome Book to the beautifully decorated, clean spaces to the whimsical commitment to the coffee theme. We visited Denver to attend concerts at Red Rocks and Fiddler's Green, and the cottage was super convenient to both venues. We had a great visit to Denver, and the cottage made it possible.

It was super clean, comfortable, and well- furnished.The hostess Heather has gone the extra mile in providing everything that could possibly be needed in a stay in another state.We loved it and would definitely come back if we return to the Denver area!

Wonderful Holiday House

The Coffee Cup Cottage was a great rental for visiting with our daughters and granddaughter for the Thanksgiving holiday. Only drawback is the busy street, but a small price to pay for a rental that has all the little details to make you feel like you’re at home (away from home).

This place was more than was advertised. It was immaculate, comfortable, and charming. The full backyard was a good place to get a moment of quiet with your cup of coffee. It was a great place to stay.

The owner thought of everything with a twist of caffeine, to keep all of us happy! We were in the area for a family wedding. The recommendations for things to do and places to eat were great! The house is very accommodating both inside and out. Great spot to take advantage of the Denver area and outings into the mountains.

I cannot say enough how much I loved this property. It was spotless and had anything we needed! Even extra tooth brushes, sun screen had cream the list goes on. Heather was amazing we had issue with tv and she stopped by and fixed it right away! As another guest stated it is a busy street but had great backyard. There was a near by Starbucks and great steak place. Perfect location to get to my son’s house in lands ranch.

Coffee Cottage Impressive and Quaint

It was a wonderful experience to stay at the Coffee Cottage! Everything was well appointed (kitchen was fully stocked and bathrooms too!). Beds were SOOOO comfortable and the design selection of furniture was excellent. I don't think we could have had a better experience! Thank you!

Very well appointed and clean! Comfortable beds! Great sheets and towels! Wonderful space inside and out. Very responsive owner. If our plans bring us back to Denver, we would definitely look to book Coffee Cup Cottage.

Wonderful stay!

This rental was perfect for us! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and everything we could hope for. The kitchen was beyond well equipped. There was incredible attention to detail and it was super clean. Our host was incredibly attentive, providing suggestions for our trip and checking in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our family did not want to leave.

Great Stay!

The property was just as described, everything was clean, check in process was super easy, and we had a wonderful stay. I will say it is located on a busy road, but there is plenty of room to pull off to the side and back into the driveway which makes leaving the home much easier. It seems like it could be noisy but inside the house it is perfectly quiet and we all slept great! The backyard is an amazing place to just enjoy some peace and quiet.

Excellent experience

The Coffee Cup Cottage was a lovely home away from home. The house is clean, spacious, and furnished beautifully. The fire pit and patio are lovely on summer evenings. Communication with the host was great and very responsive. There are many restaurants and a grocery store near by. The street is busy during rush hour but was able to work around it. We will stay here when we come back!

Everything about this rental was top notch. The hostess went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our little Colorado family Christmas. From the personalized note left on the kitchen table for us with snacks and a bottle of wine, everything in the kitchen you could ever even think of needing, the little Christmas tree on the mantle, the decor, the extra batteries, household items, sunscreen, first aid kit... literally everything you would have at your own home was here. The decor was top notch and Heather checked in with us a couple times in our 5-day stay to make sure we were comfortable and nothing was needed. She's truly a 5-star host and this is a 5-star rental!

Everything we would have wanted and more

Heather was great! Super communicative and helpful. The house was stocked with anything you could have asked for (linens, paper products, advil, spices, and of course coffee). Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Only slight downside is that the house sits right on a busy street, but there were white noise machines and fans to block out any street noise. Highly recommend staying here!

Heather is the best host we have ever stayed with. Period. She thought of everything - child safety locks and outlet covers because we have a two year old. To go the extra mile, there was a baby gate and pack n play. The basement area had bunk beds, books and toys, which my six year old loved. For us parents, a beautiful fireplace with a one touch remote to light the fire, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, instructions for everything, easy sign in for your apps, then the system signs you out when your stay is complete. Oh and the coffee, so good and so fun! There are 10 other items off the top of my head, but I will leave with this. I will be a repeat guest, and she has ruined our family for other Vrbos. The bar has been set.

Property was clean and the manager was fantastic. Location is not where i would have liked to stay. Its located on a busy road that is noisy. Lost power twice that hindered our stay. Not their fault, but it did make an impact the comfort of our stay.

Chad, I’m so very sorry you felt your stay was not up to the five-star stay you deserved and that we sincerely strive for. I genuinely wanted you and your family to have a fantastic spring break trip. That record-breaking wind storm that caused widespread power outages across the Denver area was a doozy, as even my house lost power. This was the first time we have ever had a power outage during a guest's stay, and I am so sorry it happened for several hours toward the end of your trip. I hope the back-up battery pack we dropped off for your critical devices was helpful, and I'm glad you and the family were able to go enjoy a nice meal on us as a gesture of our sincerest apologies. Most of our guests don’t mind the location, but I am sorry to hear it wasn't a good fit for you despite my offer to fully refund you at the time of booking so you could find a location more to your liking. I hope next time you will have a wonderful stay at the perfect place. We thank you for staying with us, and we are so glad you made it home safely.

Surpassed expectations

I was nervous to be booking my first vrbo for an adult sibling and spouses Red Rocks concert weekend vaca. I spent a lot of time deliberating the daunting options. I have endless gratitude to Heather and her Coffee Cup Cottage for helping me hit it out of the park. Everyone was comfortable, the house was so clean, and we all had a wonderful weekend. Loved our stay at Coffee Cup Cottage

Thanks to Heather - a beautifully and simply decorated home with all attention to details for all you need. Carefully chosen products for soaps and not filled with fake fragrance, attention to cleanliness. Wonderful cozy blankets, several ways to make coffee, fully stocked kitchen., fire pit, grill, and staples in the pantry/spice rack. Great layout for a family with teens. Plenty of room for them to have separate places to sleep and downstairs to chill. Games and fun books to read available too. Only downfall is that it is on a very busy street but with the windows closed, the traffic noise was minimal and didn't keep anyone up at night. Would definitely book again. Thanks Heather for great communication too!
