I’m glad we were able to promptly address the door code issue upon your arrival. Since your stay, we’ve made considerable improvements to enhance the tranquility of our apartments. We’ve invested in triple-glazed windows with layers of 12 mm, 10 mm, and 8 mm glass, designed to isolate up to 90% of external noise. Additionally, we’ve implemented soundproofing seals on all apartment doors to further minimize any disturbances, ensuring a much quieter and more restful environment for our guests. We’ve also resolved the hot water system issue to prevent any future inconvenience, and we’re grateful for your patience during that time, especially considering the Dia de Muertos celebrations. Additionally, we’ve added a Nespresso coffee machine to the kitchen, so you can now enjoy a fresh cup of coffee right from the comfort of the apartment.
