Renovated Nov 2022, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is conveniently located in a quiet gated community on the South Coast. A walk-out to a garden space provides a relaxing retreat for reading, yoga, or just enjoying a quiet meal outdoors. A short 5 to 10 min walk will take you to the popular Worthing and Rockley beaches, the Boardwalk, s/mkts, banks, restaurants/bars, shops and public transportation. The lively nightlife in St. Lawrence Gap is a 20 minute walk away.

Great south coast location

This property was excellent very spacious and suited everything we needed. The location was very good close to supermarket, restaurants and beach a short walk away. The host Stacey was awesome always available if needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing property

Property was so amazing, that sometimes we just chilled in the garden and had barbecues in the sun. Everything you need was in this property. Very close to beach, bars and shops only approximately 5 mins walk. Stacey the host was there to greet us when we arrived and was always available for any questions. Definitely recommend this property

Lucky to have found this gem!

We went to Barbados to join family members in this area. We were 3 adults, 36-44 years old. We booked about 7 months before our trip. We spent 1 week looking for the right place for our stay and we made the best choice EVER. The pictures of the listing are great but the place is so much better once there. The rooms are spacious, it is realy clean, modern and convenient. The yard is huge, we saw a family of monkeys passing by, many species of birds and a few mongouses. Quiet neighbourhood, the faubourg villas are in a secured fenced and private setting.The villa itself is just amazing. But what is even better is the location. It is a short (less then 5 minutes) walking distance away from 2 of the best beaches of the area (Rockley and Worthing). Less then 8 minutes from grocery stores and tons of nice restaurants from 2 to 15 minutes away. (Starbuck 2 minutes away). The family we joined there have been travelling to this area for 5 years and when they visited our villa they were jaleous that they never got a nice place like this to stay. AND the BEST part, is the host. Stacey is just amazing! She is a generous and welcoming host. Book this villa, you will not regret it!!

I enjoy exploring new places, stimulating my taste buds and meeting people. As of Feb 2023, now a host having placed my property for travelers seeking a lovely home to stay in while in Barbados; and to offer the same generous hospitality experienced on my travels.

This is my home which I find is very centrally located and secure. Nearby beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarket, post office, banks are all within 5 mins drive and also within walking distance.

A 1,200 sq. ft. open plan layout, with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining and living areas, makes this townhouse airy and spacious. The ensuite master bedroom and guest bedroom on the second floor include king-size beds and air-conditioning. The ensuite bathroom, and the second bathroom on the main floor, include walk-in showers. A safe for valuables is available, and a washing machine located in the kitchen provides convenience for your laundry needs.
