Our home is a spacious family getaway conveniently located right off I49 between Joplin and Neosho. This country farm has plenty of space to spread out, for families or groups. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked.

Everything was great except the kitchen table and chairs were not what was pictured. They were just metal chairs and a foldout table. Very uncomfortable and weren't able to play games much bc of how uncomfortable they are.

The overall stay was okay for one night. The beds in all the rooms need to be replaced (the big one in the front has a big deep divot on one side) and when we came in there was a couple of used bug traps and a dirty towel on the counter). But the property is very beautiful and quiet and the house is very unique.

Overcliff

The place was perfect for our stay. Accurate listing and great communication with host. Really enjoyed the fact that it is directly above the one restaurant we have been to the other times we’ve visited the area. Will look to stay here again in the future if it is available

6377 Quiet Country Getaway

Wonderful property! Home was clean and cozy, the land was perfectly manicured and our kids had fun running the yard! My 8year old son had a blast and was quite silly with all the fresh air! We took some beautiful sunset photos and it was just lovely! Thank you for having us stay at your home! Take care and we will definitely be staying there again!

Great girls weekend with sisters, daughters and granddaughters.

The house was exactly as presented. It was in a beautiful country setting which suited us well since we are all from a country background. If it was warmer, we would have enjoyed the lovely public creek assess within sight of the house. The Bards were very nice and quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely use this home again.

Quiet Oasis

A great place to stay near Joplin and the river if you wanted to do a float trip. We enjoyed hanging out and being close by everything. We will be coming back again.

Home away from home

Such a comfortable and relxing home. The hosts are communicative and very accommodating. When away from home this is the next best thing. What a gem!
