This renovated house is beautiful, bright and roomy. The house has a lot of open space, but lacks table seating to accommodate full guest capacity.
It lists 7 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. And while this is true, it should be noted that 2 bedrooms and the 1/2 bath are on the backside of the garage and separate from the main house. Because there is not a key code on the back door, guests must traverse around the entire garage to gain access if the house is secured properly.
The kitchen was well stocked and the owners provided K-cups, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
The cleaning fee that was charged did not justify the level of cleanliness. But it may be because the cleaners were hurrying to finish when we arrived at 3:15.
While the house was visibly clean, the floors still had crumbs and we were unable to use the hot tub because there was dirt and debris at the bottom, a heavy scum around the entire tub, and an empty chlorine dispenser. Also, the prior renters left dog poop in the yard by the patio, and left the grill on resulting in an empty propane tank (which the owner did replace).
After checking out, we were notified by the insurance company of a claim for replacement of several items we didn't damage! (We believe it was done by the previous renters.) So, if you rent, I suggest you document EVERYTHING including contents found in drawers, closets, etc. as there is no list of inventory or condition upon check-in.
