Excellent location! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well apportioned! It had everything you needed! There was 11 of us; My Sisters and Friends, and we all had plenty of space. The location was perfect for going to see Sight & Sound. We come up to PA twice a year. We plan to get the same house when we come back up in May!!

Beautiful house that was able to accommodate our women's retreat. There was plenty of room for our gathering time and meals. Plenty of places for us to have more fellowship time. Perfect place. The host was more than accommodating, too. There are absolutely no complaints. Everything was wonderful!

Our date of stay listed is incorrect; we stayed Friday Sept 5 to Sunday Sept 7.Overall, the listing was accurate, except that the two rooms behind the garage only has the 1/2 bath and people had to walk around the side to enter the main part of the house for showers.We were 14 adults and ran out of toilet paper sometime on the second day of our stay. There was no extra rolls of toilet paper in any of the bathroom closets, just the one roll in each bathroom. Repeated messages to the owner were unanswered and we ended up running to the nearest store to get some. No apologies from the owner on this matter!!An original Apple adapter and cable were left behind. The owner messaged me that the cleaners had seen it after we left and even gave me an address where I could pick it up and then 2 days later it was no longer there!!

The property was gorgeous and so much better than described. It was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoors areas were relaxing. Eleven of my cousins and spouses meet there for 4 days and loved it. Two large living rooms and 2 full kitchens. We had plenty of room to move around. It was about 30 minutes from most of the attractions that we went to see. Sadly, one of the guests left some clothing and the owner has stopped replying to my emails.

Beautiful home inside and out. We had a full house but with so many bedrooms and the one bedroom behind the garage there was privacy for those that needed space. There was not one thing we needed as far as household items as we cooked our own meals. Stephen was quick to respond to a couple of questions . My family and I would all highly recommend this house . Also the landscaping and patio area was beautiful

Beautiful

As soon as I open the doors to this beautiful home I knew it was the perfect place for us to spend our son‘s wedding weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone who stayed with us and plenty of privacy. When needed! Perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The host was wonderful with communication and answering any questions. We have absolutely no complaints!

I almost gave less stars on the accuracy rating because I wasn’t sure how to communicate that this property was 10 times as nice as the photos. When preparing for my trip, I messaged the host regarding the ability to accommodate our group. Upon arrival, I was thrilled to see not only the size of the home, but the decor was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were comfortable, the beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The outside are was perfect for our family to enjoy every minute of our stay. There was a tiny glitch with not receiving the door code in the check in instructions, but the manager immediately resolved the issue. Trust me, this place is fantastic!

Beautiful Property

Absolutely beautiful and clean property! We had a ladies retreat here and all the ladies really enjoyed their time/stay. Especially the hot tub and many places to sit and relax. Had to contact property manager for a minor issue and he took care of it right away. Only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper left for us except the small rolls that were already there. 16 people for 48 hours

Comfort and functionality

We stayed at this location for the weekend of our son’s wedding, and it was so nice to be in a place with space for everyone, and comforts that we don’t get at home - hot tub, huge kitchen (2 actually), games to enjoy!!! Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay on an important weekend for our family!

Annual Steria Family Trip

Our 3-generations of Steria souls traveled from Northern NY to Lancaster County, PA for a relaxing time of fun and fellowship. This is our 2nd visit to this property and Lord willing, we'll be back in 2026. The house has plenty of space, indoors and out for everyone. We love this area for so many reasons and thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay. The memories made will always be a Blessing!

Gorgeous home

The home is very spacious and each couple had their own room. There were chips snacks and plenty of Keurig coffee. There is a good quality corn hole game and ping pong table. Amazing amount of throws everywhere for your comfort. The stove is gas. It really is two apartments, downstairs has own entrance and kitchen #2. Only advise is to bring your own drip coffee maker if you don't like Keurig.

Sister reconnection

For many years my sisters and I have been traveling to Lancaster. This vacation home is everything anyone could want. It s comfortable and beautiful. Host is responsive and thought of everything
 towels by hot tub, pods for coffee, snacks to welcome us and wonderful selection of books. Basement fireplace absolutely welcoming and cleanliness impeccable. Loved the house and had a memorable stay

Great House for a Group!!!

We stayed for a week in this absolutely lovely house to quilt with friends. It was the perfect space for us, as it had room for all of us to work on our individual crafts and then come together for meals and socializing. A perfect home, very clean, and a responsive management team! Thanks for letting us stay! We will be back next year!

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible VBRO, and it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the property was exactly as described, if not better. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The host was incredibly attentive, providing us with thoughtful touches like a detailed welcome guide, local recommendations, and even a small welcome basket!The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful and private. We enjoyed spending time on the spacious patio with a hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and feel right at home.I can't recommend this place enough! Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or an adventurous trip, this VBRO will make your experience unforgettable. I’ll be coming back!
