Great property with awesome location.

The house is great and in a prime location. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are well setup. Loved how close it is to high street with all the restaurants and shops. Plus downtown is very close.

Great Location, Clean

This house was very clean and in a great location near Short North. It does get loud at night when the restaurants and bars let out - but it only lasts a short time!

Hi Miki! We appreciated your stay with us. Would you kindly reconsider your 4 star review if we could improve our place in a manner regarding the noise at night? Perhaps a better disclaimer on the VRBO ad/site or another recommendation you might be able to suggest? Thank you - Brad

Great property in a great location

Property is spacious and very, very nice. Rooms are large, kitchen and baths are updated, and furnishings are modern. Unit was extremely clean and well maintained. It is in a terrific location to both the Short North and OSU campus. Looking forward to staying there again.

Lots of kitchen equipment. Very clean. We were in town for an event at the Convention center a mile away and walked back and forth. Also walked to the grocery store about 1/2 mile north. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The property is well maintained. Very clean, modern amenities, and nice central location. Private parking at the back of the property also a great feature. Brad was very easy to work with. Our only concern was the surrounding area. There was something going on late into the night on the street. It was really loud and the one bedroom faces that street so our guest didn’t get much sleep. And then at about 3 o’clock in the morning there was an exchange of gunfire very close by. That was unsettling.

Most all was very good! Little loud but that was a Saturday night after a 7:30 Buckeye game. Friday was not as bad! Everything was very clean. Bathrooms were well supplied! Would be nice to know what kind of coffee maker. Wasn’t sure if we needed to take K-cups or just ground coffee so we took both. Convenient location close to campus. Love the Short North area as well ! Would recommend and stay again.. keeping in mind both bedrooms are upstairs and not sure if I would sleep on the 1st floor couch. Would recommend a blow up mattress!

Beyond expectations

The photos really don’t do it justice. This is a beautiful two bedroom house located just a block from N. High St. However, I would recommend purchasing some essentials if you’re planning to cook. There was really no seasoning or oil or anything like that. But everything else was well supplied for.
