$25 background check fee per guest (payable at the front desk)

Tenant Screening: All guests must register through The Prospective Tenant Link and pay the $100 registration fee directly to the tenant screening platform. Please note that the background and credit check process requires a social security number. Guests with a criminal record may not be admitted.
