The Starfish room is a luxury bedroom decorated in coastal style with a vaulted ceiling and a private en suite bathroom. It's on the ground floor in the courtyard area of the hotel with a self-serve coffee/tea bar close by. The bedroom features a premium king-size bed and a seating area with comfy chairs, and an armoire to store your clothing. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, sink and makeup mirror. There's a 55" 4k UHD TV with free Netflix, Max, Apple TV, AMC+ and HULU, as well as a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool. We provide fresh linens, bath and pool towels and bath supplies, and even Mar Bella robes for you to enjoy. You'll have access to a handy online store where you can find beach gear rentals, snacks, drinks and other travel necessities. The Starfish room is stocked and ready with everything you need for a memorable beach stay!

Phenomenal ... we LOVE this place. Starfish Room is awesome!

We love Rehoboth any time of year, and can't imagine staying anywhere else than Mar Bella! This place has it all. We just finished an off-season weekend getaway, which had perfect weather for that giant hot tub. The Starfish Room is one of our favorites with the exposed beams and lower seating area -- and close to the self-checkout store, where we made a late-night ice cream raid. It was a first-rate experience from start to finish.

GREAT Getaway!!

Mar Bella is a very peaceful and lovely location! Our room was very clean and all the amenities was superb. We both felt at ease walking into the starfish room and the courtyard was even more inviting. Dave our host was very accommodating and was there to make our stay more pleasant. We would definitely consider our “go to” for a quick getaway. Highly recommend if you want to feel your on vacation.

Perfect place for a getaway!

My stay at Mar Bella was perfect. The entire property is clean, rooms are spotless, staff is always smiling and friendly, location is perfect. The rooms have a keypad code feature so it’s nice not having to remember a room key card. The TVs are smart TVs which was a nice feature espically on days it rains. The outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing. If you are thinking about booking here, do it! You will not regret it.

Best place in rehoboth

This place was amazing!! I can’t believe I didn’t know anything since 2021. We made last minute plans but knew we wanted to stay on the boardwalk in ocean city or rehoboth. Went to booking and boom, Mar Bella popped up with one last room and I took it. It was just as much or a couple dollars cheaper but well worth it. It was quiet and relaxing, you can enjoy everything without all the rushing and people. Please visit if you can, we are definitely coming back before the summer is over!! Thank you for the pleasant relaxing stay❀❀

Fantastic

So enjoyable that I plan to return!

My best friend from college and I spent our weekend at Mar Bella to celebrate my 40th birthday. While staying at the beach during off season was a first for us both...staying at David and Vana's property was THE HIGHLIGHT of our weekend. Their checkin process was seamless, the room was immaculate, and their hot tub, sauna, hammocks, and corn hole game made our stay extra enjoyable. Not to mention the personal touch of a personalized birthday message waiting for me in the room upon checkin, which was completely unexpected and a delightful touch!! I couldn't have been happier with our stay and I plan to return again. Thank you so much for maintaining such a beautiful property!

This place is immaculate

This was my first solo vacation and I chose Mar Bella based on a review that I read from another solo vacationer. It did not disappoint! The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The owners were very nice and helpful. My tv wasn’t recognizing the wifi and the owner offered to come fix it right away. The owners are always outside working and it shows how much they care about the property. The amenities were awesome and were a good part of the reason why I was interested in this place. The hot tub and sauna were a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The location was great too! It was very central to shopping, dining and the beach. Overall it was a great place and I will absolutely be back again.

The Starfish room

This was our second stay at Mar Bella. The Starfish room occupies a strategic position, situated conveniently amid both the parking lot and the courtyard. The expose ceiling trusses along with the wire railing, created a warm and cozy ambiance, reminiscent of a beach house. Additionally, the under-sink cabinet proved very handy for storing our personal care items. On this opportunity we were able to enjoy the hot tub and the new Himalayan salt sauna Every time we notice enhancements to David and Vana’s property, we extend our congratulations to them.

A perfect getaway!

I was so delighted to find this place online for a quick getaway in the Delaware Beach area. It turned out to be so much more than I expected. The a hosts did everything they could do to make our stay easy, comfortable, and all we hoped it would be. The accommodations are extraordinarily clean, cheerful, and extremely comfortable. The entire setting is so welcoming and relaxing. I could’ve spent another week there if only time allowed! There is privacy that still allows for interaction with other guests, but plenty of space to be alone as well. The pool is clean, warm, and big enough to really swim, and the Jacuzzi is hot enough to get you to really relax after a long drive. It’s a short drive to the beaches, but I decided to stay at the pool, and just avoid the traffic, noise and crowds. It’s also incredibly close to some wonderful restaurants on route one where there’s plenty of parking, if you don’t want to go into the downtown area, so you avoid the downtown parking hassle. They’re also terrific about allowing you to check out of your room early, but still come back and use the outdoor shower/spa so that you can clean up before your ride home after a beautiful day on the beach. I simply can’t recommend this place enough! It was perfect. There was a refrigerator in our room and that allowed us to bring some evening snacks, and breakfast treats. I’d certainly recommend that to anyone who is staying there.

Love this hotel!

Beautiful boutique hotel

My husband and I stayed at the hotel 3 days and had a wonderful time. The hotel has everything you need and want and it is all very easily accessible. We made the most of the stay by waking up and making coffee daily, using the pool and hot tub
 and then headed to the beach. Overall great!

Amazing Stay

We had a lovely stay for a long weekend at Mar Bella. The room was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and the bed was comfy. We didn’t need much during our stay but the hosts made it easy to contact them. I also loved not having to look for a key to access our room. Awesome touch and very appreciative of the hospitality. Would totally stay here again.

Beautiful, and relaxing.

The starfish room felt so spacious with the high ceilings and cute sitting area. The garden area in the back really made it for me. Feels like you are surrounded by nature in a sweet spa like setting. The salt sauna was amazing!
