Welcome to Summer Cove – the ultimate lakefront escape where comfort, style, and unforgettable memories come together. This spacious, newly renovated retreat on Lake Norman is perfect for group gatherings, family reunions, and pet-friendly vacations. With room for up to 16 guests, Summer Cove offers luxury inside and out, from its stylish interior to its private dock and lakefront fire pit.

Step inside to an open-concept main level filled with natural light and elevated lake house design. The living room invites you to relax with plush seating, a Smart TV, and large sliders that lead to a screened-in porch with panoramic lake views. Just beyond, the elegant dining area offers seating for eight, perfectly situated between the living space and the heart of the home—the fully equipped chef's kitchen. Outfitted with high-end appliances and thoughtful touches, this kitchen is ideal for prepping large meals together or even hosting a private chef experience. Just off the kitchen is the custom-built bar with a huge island, where guests can gather, play games, catch the game, or craft a round of signature cocktails.

On the main level, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a spa-inspired bathroom with a glass shower and dual vanities. Two additional queen bedrooms share a beautifully updated hall bath, providing privacy and comfort for all.
Downstairs, the fun continues. The lower level includes a cozy family room with built-in XL twin bunks—perfect for teens to sleep and hang out in their own space. A large table invites board games, puzzles, or card tournaments, rounding out this ideal hangout zone.There's also a king bedroom suite and a bedroom with two queen beds, with a stylish hall bath.

To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.

Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
