EXCELLENT FAMILY HOME

This was the perfect home for our large family. Very peaceful, large living area for us all to hang and play games. The hot tub was a very tranquil spot for the adults to take a breather. Will recommend this location to our extended friends and family.

Great trip. Property was as advertised. Plenty of space for all guests. Host was responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

Great place for our multigenerational group of 15.

So many fun things to do without having to leave the property. Host was easy to communicate with. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glasses etc. we hope to come back again.

Nice place, but needed better communication

Overall the place was very nice. Location was good, and the amenities were great for what we were looking for. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of room for our family of 9. We had a few issues that came as surprises, though. They do charge extra to heat the pool, and that was not in the listing, so a bit disappointed by that. 2 of the 3 bathrooms did not have working hot water faucets and the ice maker was broken. We were not told in advance, although they were aware of it. There were no checkout instructions given, and the cleaning lady showed up 45 minutes before checkout time! While we did stay over a holiday, so can understand people are traveling, it took several days to get a response to texts or the VRBO messaging app. The place was nice but the management needs improvement.

Spacious and perfectly located

Agave house was exactly what we needed for our family get together! Property was clean, stocked with essentials and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The home has inside games ( pool table and shuffle board) and outside games like corn hole and ladder ball plus more to keep everyone entertained. We barely left the house our entire visit! The furnishings are comfortable and kitchen/dining area more than accommodates large families. Home is beautifully decorated and has spacious bathrooms. The only thing we would suggest as an improvement is that the farthest rooms could be a little cooler as they felt warm at night. The thermostat temp is set at 73. Our family had to use data all weekend as we were never able to get enough signal for the wireless despite resetting the router as the host suggested. Anytime someone tried to connect, it said connected no internet. Despite these 2 things, you will more than enjoy staying here. The host is communicative, the neighborhood quiet (ce-de-sace property), perfect central location and freeway within 1 mile. Thank you Matt for sharing your home with us, you've done a fantastic job!
