About this space
Have fun with the whole family at this sunny vacation retreat! Bring the kids for a delightful getaway and enjoy the pool, pickle ball, or ping pong. (Pool open Mid-April-October).

Outdoor adventures are waiting for you. Explore Snow Canyon, Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Snake Hollow Bike Park, or enjoy the Indoor Sand Hollow Aquatic Center that is just across the street.

Brand new 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome with fun loft for the kids to hang out and play Nintendo Switch or chill out on the patio and relax together.

The space
Beautiful new townhome built in 2023. This features main level family room, kitchen, and dining with enclosed back patio . Bedrooms are located up upstairs, along with 2 bathrooms, laundry room and loft area. Bedrooms overlook the pool and pickle ball court is right around the corner.
Guest access
Full access to the entire house, including the garage (used for ping pong or storing bikes and recreational equipment) no inside parking. For people trying to make a reservation, guests must have a minimum of 4.5-star review.

This was the perfect property. Great location, close to everything we did. The townhome was very nice, had everything you could need. It was a wonderful stay.

Cute townhouse

Our kids loved the Nintendo switch. We also used the swimming pool every day usually two times a day. The ping pong table was fun but I would rather park inside the garage so our car didn’t get so hot during the day. The pickle ball court was fun as well. I would suggest that blackout blinds be put in the master bedroom as the pool lights shine throughs the blinds all night long and makes it harder to fall asleep. Also the main level TV and loft TV both echo through stairs but now sure how to fix that. Other than that we had a great time and the kitchen had everything to make breakfast and have snacks in between our activities.

Perfectly enjoyable

We love this property! Spacious, comfortable, clean. Master suite overlooks the pool.Listing says three bathrooms but it is really two & a half baths. We would definitely stay here again.

Brand NEW beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome with open concept gathering on the main floor. Private patio to relax and visit, BBQ or just hangout and play ping pong in the garage or pickle ball. Kids will love the Nintendo Switch in the loft area too!

This is centrally located just over the border from St. George in Santa Clara. We are directly across from the Sand Hollow Indoor Aquatic Center, and only minutes from the Snake Hollow Bike Park and Tuacahn Amphitheatre.

The townhome overlooks the pool and has a beautiful view. With use of the entire home as well as the garage for a recreation area there is plenty of space to enjoy your time relaxing in the beautiful St. George area.
