We take our role as owners and host very seriously, so our guests receive the best experience as possible during their stay at our property. With that said, we have reached out to this guest to try to understand why they gave a four-star rating as there were no issues communicated to us, and all requests and questions were granted and answered promptly. For example: 1.) Do you provide kayaks? – Yes, two kayaks are provided at no cost. 2.) Can we check in early? – Yes, you can check in as early at 1:00 PM as our cleaner will be done by that time. The normal check in time is 3:00 PM. 3.) Where can we launch and dock our boat? - We provided the location of the nearest boat launch and stated that there is a private pier on our property. 4.) Can someone log out of our Amazon Prime account from the TV as we forgot to do so before we left? – Yes, our cleaner will make a special trip back to the property to delete your account from the TV. We are perplexed as to why we were given a four-star rating, so please help us understand what if any issues you had with your stay so that we can make any necessary improvements for our future guests.
