Lofts On Basilio, 1 Bedroom Loft / 301

We are located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. A few short blocks from the beach! No car is needed, just walk out your front door to a day of fun.
We are a modern building with an elevator and rooftop pool deck for our guests to enjoy. Flat land around us so no climbing up hills to get home.
The Space:
This one bedroom loft has everything you could possibly want.
-The bedroom has a super comfortable King bed and there is a sleeper sofa that as a double pull out bed.
-You have a complete kitchen & laundry.
-Keyless entry to the building and your loft, amazon Alexa, black out electric blinds, a/c and amazing views of the city.
-There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout!)
-You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep.
-There is also a laptop size safe in the closet so you can store all of your valuables!
The space
Wake up in the comfortable bed on the mezzanine level underneath a striking painting by a local artist called Misael. This beautiful and large loft features exposed brickwork and high ceilings with access to a stunning rooftop pool deck.

Lofts on Basilio is in the Old Town, with many cafes, restaurants, and shops on Basilio Badillo. This is the most popular street in town, with so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants. The area around the apartment is flat with no hills.

We have a wonderful rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, hammock lounge, a fire pit, complete outdoor kitchen & bbq.

In the evening you can see the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship from the rooftop. It is truly magical!
