Lofts On Basilio, 2 Bedroom Loft / 302

We are located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. A few short blocks from the beach! No car is needed, just walk out your front door to a day of fun.
We are a modern building with an elevator and rooftop pool deck for our guests to enjoy. Flat land around us so no climbing up hills to get home.
The space:.
This loft has a complete kitchen, washer/dryer, king bed in the master suite and a king bed on the mezzanine. You will fall in love with the bathroom as it is oversized and features a double rain shower with an L-shaped bench!


We have collaborated with a local artist, Misael. Our building features 5 unique gigantic murals and multiple pieces of canvas art. All of the canvas art is for sale from Misael. If you love a piece of art but would rather buy a print, we can make that happen! We are the ONLY boutique hotel in PV to have done this.

Other things to note:
-We are a keyless building! You will use one code to enter the front gate and any 4-digit code of your choice to enter your loft.
-There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout or have a guest coming over!).
-You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep.
-In the bathroom there is a laptop size safe so you can feel comfortable locking up all of your valuables!
The space
Lofts on Basilio is in the Old Town, with many cafes, restaurants, and shops on Basilio Badillo. This is the most popular street in town, with so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants. The area around the apartment is flat with no hills.

We have a wonderful rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, hammock lounge, a fire pit, complete outdoor kitchen & bbq.

In the evening you can see the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship from the rooftop. It is truly magical!
