If you're looking for a quiet retreat in a very peaceful neighborhood, this home is for you. Located on Bird Island, this canal front property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a private pool for you. Come make memories at our place. We're happy to have you.
Bring your boat. There's a boat launch 3.8 miles down the road and you can pull your boat right up to our dock and leave your boat in the water during your entire stay.
House includes a propane grill for the catch of the day and a big yard for the kids to play.

Like it A lot!

We stayed for 5 days and had a nice time here. Very quiet area that we enjoyed. Our grand baby loved the pool, as so did we. Our Host, Josh answered any questions quickly and very polite. We will return again

Gillade: Incheckning och kommunikation

Rented the house as a getaway While, going to a concert in Orlando. Planned on fishing off the dock and spending a lot of time in the pool. Upon arrival, bottom of the pool had a lot of debris had to vacuum the pool out. The dock was in disrepair with some rotten boards on the decking. We did attempt fishing a couple times and managed to catch a really nice bass out of the canal. We did enjoy our stay property could use some work.

Relaxation on the water

The property owners definitely go out of there way to make your stay a memorable one. I was touched to see the dog bowls for the babies. So many personal touches coffee available. The cleanliness of the property is was over all fantastic. They are new to Vrbo but are definitely making their mark. The pictures online don’t even do it justice. Also very great neighborhood close to town and DoorDash delivery is fast. I would rent this property again and recommend to others.

Very clean with a cupboard full of spices

The house was much larger than it looks, especially the bedrooms. It was very clean -- and I'm fussy. Had all of the perks expected if you watch HGTV's "Vacation Rules." Most unexpected and appreciated perk was a cupboard full of spices! I love to cook, so this was a pleasant surprise, especially if you are flying to your destination. Several options with full K cup holder. It was too cold to swim, but the pool was very clean and beautiful to look at each morning as the sun came up behind it. Wi-fi was strong -- important as I teach online. Very close to The Villages and several shopping areas (including Walmart). Only about 45 minutes from the World Equestrian Center -- fabulous, free events, shopping, hotel tour, horse barns, etc! The host, Josh, was extremely responsive. It was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again!

Cleanliness was a joke. Worst house I’ve stayed at since staying at vacation rentals.

An older house with maintenance issues and repair shortcuts. Although I never expected this house to be new. I own 10 similar houses although older and well maintained as rentals. The house reeks on cigarette smoke. Even though we turned the AC down it would never reach temperature. Bugs in the window seals and built up dust on the ceiling fans had me questioning why this property received glowing reviews on cleanliness. Including the cloudy pool and dirty pool deck. The showers had zero caulk, which means there is without a doubt mold behind them, I’m more than qualified to say that as a licensed contractor and owner of a water damage remediation company. No hot water in the guest bathroom sink, no cold water in the master bathroom sink and no water pressure In the master shower, and toilet that won’t flush. One of the comforters had a red stain on the bedding, I’m not sure I want to know what it was. That same bed was held up by cinder blocks. When I tried telling the property manager the condition he told me if I would vacate the house immediately he would refund my money. So I guess I was expected to ruin my vacation because the reviews and property condition depicted in pictures weren’t correct. After I told him I wasn’t expecting a refund I was making him aware he gave no reply. Yard was also knee high and dock too shallow to pull up a boat at all, so we had to load and unload daily. This house was not as the reviews or photos depict.

perfect location

We loved the location of the house and having easy access to our boat at the dock. We also enjoyed the pool after a long day in the sun. The house was clean and very well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future. Thanks
