Host and team were very responsive to a equipment failure over the stay that needed immediate attention and provided very effective recovery that minimized impact. The roominess and team activity layout was very useful. The beds were a big hit for the crew and the kitchen was well stocked with what you need for a week long visit. Location was very scenic and close to the campus activities that brought us there. Only negative was the equipment failure, but we were compensated and it was resolved with focus, communication and commitment.

The house is very comfortable and perfect for a family. We loved that there were two bedrooms with king sized beds and a very comfortable sofa. We also love the laundry room, carport/garage, and that it was pet friendly! We would definitely recommend the house!

Sunsets, Deer, Birds

We enjoyed our stay and found the property relaxing with lots of deer and birds to watch. The proximity to downtown Fayetteville was great! The house had plenty of room and the beds were all comfortable. Only having one shower to share with 5 adults was inconvenient. We would book again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

While visiting friends in town, this house was perfect for my husband and I. Check-in was breeze. The bed was super comfortable, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen had all necessary cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a large refrigerator and a six-burner stove! The view from the front of the house is lovely and the backyard has chairs for relaxing. The location is also an inexpensive ride-share trip into downtown, where there are wonderful restaurants. We will definitely rent this house again when we visit.

week at Sequoyah

House was clean with everything I needed in the laundry and kitchen. Living room and master bedroom were very comfortable and a nice bonus to park in the garage. The bathrooms need updating though, 2 bathrooms, but only one has a shower and it is short.

Beautiful home and laid back neighborhood

We felt so relaxed in this area, yard and home were clean and very comfortable. One guest had a few wook days and the kitchen was the perfect office with the large window. The deer were wandering through the yard. The sunsets never failed!!
