The Space:

You'll be charmed by the historical shutters and colorful facade of this home before even stepping foot inside. Once inside, the features including brick work and decorative wall paper paired with colorful vintage furniture are visually stunning. The living area is extremely cozy and stocked with literary favorites of New Orleans and the kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances and an abundance of amenities. The primary bedroom boasts an inviting king bed enclosed by vintage night stands and a primary bathroom with a generous walk-in shower.



Guest Access:

The entire second story of this two-unit property is all yours. You will have your own private entrance on the right side door on the front of the house, where you will then head directly upstairs.

While situated in the Marigny, this home is located on the front porch of the French the city’s historic heart, famous for its vibrant nightlife and colorful buildings with cast-iron balconies. Crowd-pleasing Bourbon Street features jazz clubs, Cajun eateries, and raucous bars serving potent cocktails. Quieter streets lead to the French Market, with gourmet food and local crafts, and to Jackson Square where street performers entertain in front of soaring St. Louis Cathedral.

This home is a duplex and there is another unit next door. We ask that you respect the noise levels to avoid any complaints. There are stairs required to enter this unit, it is a second story unit. This area is super popular and could be considered loud...we consider it lively :) There isn't any dedicated parking, so please read all signage wherever you park. The streets are all one way streets, so parking is allowed on both sides of the street. Free parking spots are first come first serve, so they are few and far between....grab em if you see em. Again, read all signs...there is permit parking in the area!
