The place is in a great location. It was very quiet and right on the water. It was within walking distance from various spots. I would book here again the next time I visit.

This was exactly what I was looking for and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Property was clean, unique, and right on the river. It felt like I was visiting a relatives guest house. Great communication from Capt Mitch throughout and no surprises. Perfect, thanks!

Had a fantastic stay at the Fly Fish Flat! I highly recommend booking with Captain Mitch for anyone going to Titusville. Apartment was very clean, the kitchen was also great and had everything I needed. Captain Mitch checked on me multiple times to make sure everything was good and offered extra A/C if I felt it was too hot. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I stay in Titusville.

So convenient to everything: Merritt Island NWR, Canaveral seashore, and close to good restaurants, including one where we got a delicious introduction to rock shrimp. We appreciated the laundry room, comfy spread-out space and location right next to the water (and several rare-to-us water birds). Don't hesitate to come here for a great stay!

The fly fish flat is awesome, locations was perfect. Multiple parks nearby, the area is very walkable, there are multiple restaurants and coffee shops nearby, even a bakery.

The Fish Fly Flat was perfect for our mother/daughter getaway. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The location of this rental is excellent, as is the communication and flexibility of the host. There’s plenty of parking, a fantastic view of four big & active rocket launch pads across the river, and loads of food & drink options within walking distance, not to mention the nice parks nearby. This place is perfect for a couple or two for a weekend or week-long “base of operations” for rocket launch windows, Kennedy Space Center or beach visits, and of course fishing expeditions (with copious decor to match the latter).

My wife and I had a great time at Capt. Mitch's Fly Fish Flat. Our second time there and we'll be back. Very well appointed flat. Comfortable king bed, great location and quiet. Just an excellent place to stay. And Capt. Mitch very responsive.

Awesome place to stay!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Fly Fish Flat. We stayed three days. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. If you want to see a shuttle launch, there isn’t a better location! We will definitely stay there again!
