Quiet two bedroom home on 2 acres of land, within 5 miles to beaches and tax-free Outlet Shopping.

With a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, this unique property is great for a short term rental or relaxing getaway. Beautiful views of surrounding greenery pairs well with the outdoor space for a sunrise cup of coffee or evening nightcap. The primary bedroom with adjacent ensuite features an inviting queen bed, giving privacy from the second bedroom across the home. Open concept living and kitchen area welcomes everyone into an intimate space to relax. There is a full bed located in the open loft, but it is meant for overflow guests or teens and doesn’t not offer standing room.

Location is everything and this property is perfect for the curious. Situated right between Lewes and Rehoboth Beaches, guests have easy access to fun in the sun, shopping, dining, and historic downtown. Check out our beach guides for suggestions on our favorite activities or restaurants!

Best Peaceful and comfortable get away in Lewes!

The best stay I've had in years! First, the host is very nice and accommodating. Very convenient to Coastal highway which has everything you need and not far at all from Rehoboth. We enjoyed the peace, quietness and overall beauty of this stay. We will definitely return and stay here again! Mr. Chad is awesome!

This home is a perfect cottage. We spent a wonderful week there. The cottage is great for a couple or small family. It is centrally located. So easy to get to the beach or retail. It was very clean and all the rooms were comfy. The outside fields are just lovely with beautiful views. Chad was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back again next year.

Beach location that feels like country living!

We loved our stay at this house! It's just minutes from shopping and the bay and ocean beaches. But, it feels like you're living in the country! You may hear a chorus of frogs at night, and if you're there in the right season, you can buy freshly picked corn at the stand just across and down the road! Communication with the host was excellent! We would love to stay here again!

Bike to the Beach Weekend

Chad -- we loved the house. Very clean and nice. As discussed, I'd recommend upgrading your coffee infrastructure (nice drip coffeemaker ideal). We also had trouble locking the door with the code....but maybe that was just our fail. Anyway, thanks for everything. - Steve and Jenn
