THE SPACE
Park out front on the ample free street parking, or park in the back on our gravel driveway. Let yourself in with the keyless keypad entry so you can roam without the worry of carrying a key/fob.

Downstairs is a comfortable living room featuring a couch and a futon, as well as a 55” Smart TV with Netflix included. There is a small half bathroom off the dining room. The spacious kitchen and dining room are perfect for cooking or bringing some delicious local cuisine home. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware. There is a coffee maker and a kettle so you can get a jump start on your day!

After a long day of traveling or exploring, head upstairs to the 2 bedrooms for some rest and relaxation! Each room has plenty of outlets so your devices can all recharge while you do. There are 2 full bathrooms for you to freshen up, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Upstairs also features a dedicated office space with a desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Plenty of room to work remotely, take video meetings, or just plan your next day’s adventures! We also have included a washer/dryer stack upstairs for your convenience! We provide fresh linens, so don’t worry about packing a towel or pillow, we’ve got you covered.

This is the left side of a duplex, and the walls are thin between units. Please be mindful of noise
Although the space was recently renovated, it is an old house with lots of character. If you encounter any problems during your stay, please let me know and I will do my best to rectify.
The kitchen has all cooking utensils, but does not have spices or oil. There is a Kroger (and other grocery stores) nearby for any cooking supplies you need.
The external stairs in the back of the property are a little steep, please be careful.
