Newly renovated Townhouse with 2 large bedrooms (3 beds + 1 Sofa bed) that can sleep 8. Very cozy end unit with nice private patio with furniture to relax. New kitchen and appliances, TV and free Wi-Fi. Free 2 space parking. 15 mins from FLL airport and Sawgrass mall, 1 minute from Nova University, Broward College, Florida Atlantic University etc. Minutes to I 95, Turnpike, I 75.Lots of restaurants close by. Bergeron Rodeo Grounds 2 mins away. All amenities to accommodate a family of 8. Flat screen TV in each room with Free Wi-Fi.

The property says it holds eight people. It barely had enough room for six people in beds and two people in the couch. If you wanna count that as places to sleep…

The place was so large and very very clean. I had zero issues with the management, communication, or the stay. We would most likely stay there again if we were in the area.

Amazing stay

This is my 4th time staying here and this place never fails. The host is very welcoming and the location of the place is pefect. Will definitely be recommend.

He was a good place to get ready and crash before the Eras tour Concert at the Hard Rock Stadium. Had all amenities we needed.

Great for just a one nighter

The property was clean, could use some refreshed and extra bath towels. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Sectional downstairs was very comfortable. The neighborhood is kind of noisy with a lot of street racing. I would stay again

Better inside than expected

I was getting nervous as I was driving to the rental, as the neighborhood was starting to feel a little sketch and exterior looking a little worn. Was pleasantly surprised to find the inside matched the photos in niceties and my family and I felt completely safe- we had 3 adults and 5 almost adults and yet it slept all 8 completely comfortably. Our only critiques would be larger and/or more trash cans, disclosing 2 would be sleeping on an oversized couch that doesn’t pull out, more dishes /pans with lids, blankets for the couch sleepers, more light in the master, and basic instructions listed to use the television. Overall a nice stay- especially for the price.

Good for an overnight

The apartment is cute and cozy inside as in the picture. Overall it work for what we needed an overnight stay before a cruise. The outside of the building doesn’t match the inside and it was confusing to find. I felt safe at all times, there were cameras in the parking spaces and the location is behind Nova university.

Great location for family & friends of NSU students. In a student college neighborhood, but safe & very close to campus.

Davie florida week stay

We had a wonderful time. The host was very helpful and upfront. Very cozy and clean townhouse. Close to the mall , restaurants, casinos etc. The family really enjoyed themselves also. I recommend this rental for any family short stay. Thank you for sharing you home with us.

Very close to Nova University. Easy to get around and good connections to the large metro area. Lots of fun food choices.

Owner easy to work with

Owner allowed us to stay an extra few hours to meet our shuttle to the cruise, very nice. Neighborhood is sketch, no restaurants within easy walk. Folks next door smoking pot so heavily you smelt it in apartment. Air traffic loud and every two minutes. Use if you just need a place to crash for the night. Apt is clean. DoorDash your food.

Short stay & great place

This house was perfect for our family, great communication with the owner as well. Our flight got delayed 3 times and once we finally got in all the kids wanted to do was go to bed. Everything was as shown in the picture and it was wonderful. Thank you 😊
