This newly-renovated and professionally decorated townhouse offers beautiful views of the Calibouge Sound in Sea Pines Plantation and is within walking distance of South Beach Marina, where you'll find premier restaurants, shops, sports equipment rentals, tour agencies, pickleball and tennis courts. The location is unbeatable! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the expansive deck overlooking the ocean as you watch an occasional deer walk by or dolphins swim. Roku smart TVs and complimentary WiFi offer modern convenience and in-home entertainment in every bedroom and both living areas.

Sea Pines Plantation is an exceptional resort community. Take advantage of the many eco-tours including night turtle walks or send your children to one of the fun kid's clubs. Enjoy miles of winding bike paths, golf, tennis, and restaurants. You may never need to leave the neighborhood with so much to do!

This home has a "Sand Room," a great place to land when coming in from the beach. Store all of your beach supplies in the built-ins, hang your beach towels on the hooks, and fill your cooler from the ice maker. This room can also be used as a bedroom. It has a queen-size murphy bed with a very comfortable six-inch premium gel memory foam mattress.

Please note that this property is on multiple levels with lots of stairs.

Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Car Passes:– Sea Pines requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $9/day or $20/week per vehicle. These must be purchased at the gate, cash only.
