Welcome to "The Otis Penthouse". Centrally located in Downtown Atlanta 2 blocks from Mercedes Benz, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center etal. Development completed in the spring of 2023. Consisting of 8 residential dwellings and 2 retail storefronts. This unique penthouse space is the gem of the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood.


We give our guests as much or as little privacy as they prefer. We are always contactable for anything you need, please use the platform messenger to guarantee delivery.

Located in Castleberry Hill which is adjacent to southern border of downtown Atlanta. Castleberry Hill is a unique, fun, creative, artistic urban community with a strong historic identity. Many of the early 20th-century warehouse buildings have been converted to lofts and are now the predominate housing type. The population is culturally diverse and the area is continuing to grow in both the number of residents as well as retail and other establishments. Today the area is thriving with retail shops, restaurants, apartments and condos. The proximity to all that Atlanta has to offer in a short walking distance and easy highway and public transportation options are, and will continue to be, major draws to the area.
Come visit, explore the deep roots and learn the history of this vibrant, creative community with its rich transportation history. The railway, which defines street and building patterns as it cuts through Castleberry, is as old as Atlanta itself, and Atlanta’s first horse-drawn trolley line served the neighborhood. The Castleberry Hill historic district was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. As was typical of the era, laborers, carpenters, saloon keepers, tailors, butchers, blacksmiths and other trades people lived here, within walking distance of work. Castleberry Hill supported most of Atlanta’s growth after the Civil War.

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Self Check-in - Guests can access the building through the front entry or the rear garage doors. Each door is fitted with a smart keypad. You will be provided with a unique code that will work on all exterior entry doors, including the garage. You will also be provided with a separate auto generated code for your unit that will function for the entirety of your stay. *Point Central Software

The Otis is more than just another Atlanta building. Located in the neighborhoods main entertainment corridor, It’s a new living space that offers a mix of history and modern style, all thanks to the special touch of one of the community’s former residents — designer turned television star Ty Pennington. Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo.

Parking: The rental includes two spaces in the covered and secured garage. The garage has a 7'5'' height restriction. Free public parking is available in front and behind the building. Extra parking spaces can be purchased by request, if available.

Great proximity to State Farm and lots of room

This was such an awesome location for our church group with parking so we didn’t have to pay extra. Stayed 2 nights for Passuon conference and would def book again

First time and the Best Time

This was the first time I had rented or stayed like this. I was there for my son's Morehouse graduation!! I come to the city a lot and never knew of this place!! I will be visiting again for leisure real soon. Everything about this was awesome! Thank you- Ryan great contact host!!

The Property inside Was Nice And Well Manicured. But The Parking Was A Struggle. Only Room For Small & Mid-sized Vehicles. Also we Had A Little Trouble Finding things.like ironing Boards I Suggest A Small Description sticker would have been Helpful. Also the Property Advertised A Chef that Was Included in the RENTAL but when we Arrived it Was no Mention of this At All Which I Concluded was A False Advertisement . Which ultimately caught my Eye in Helping me Make a Decision to Stay at this Property. The Other was the 3 Bedrooms & 3baths. Personally I Believe the Property would have Sold itself Without the Misleading Advertisement.

Atlantas Mart Buying Trip

We were very happy with the property! It was so beautifully decorated and could not believe how gorgeous the bathrooms were! It was apparent that a designer covered every detail in every room! We enjoyed the rooftop lounge area and loved the fact that there was private parking in a secure parking garage in our building! We will book this property again and again!
