Beautiful New Ocean View Home Overlooking Monaco Coast

Colin is originally from England and Marta is Mexican American. We love the Cote D'Azur because it is always beautiful no matter in rain or shine. The weather is glorious all year around and of course the summers are a highlight but we equally love the autumn and winter when it is a little quieter but still lovely sunshine every day.

We chose this neighborhood for the incredible views from our apartment, always something to look at and observe and a tremendous vista background to al fresco dine on our balcony overlooking the ocean. It is a luxury apartment building with private access gate and dedicated parking in the secure garage. You can walk into Monaco (10 mins) or Beausoleil (5 mins) or take a 5 minute drive and Roquebrune Cap Martin and Monaco with all their facilities await you. Menton is 10 minutes, Cap D'Ail 10 minutes, Beaulieu Sur Mer 20 mins, Eze 10 mins, St. Jean Cap Ferrat 25 mins and Nice 30 mins. Cannes is one hour by car or similar by train and St. Tropez 2 hours. All in all the perfect location to explore the South of France. You can eat inexpensively and well and many local restaurants and bistros or if you want to push to boat out then the glitz of Monaco awaits and of course endless dining and partying possibilities. We can assure you of a wonderful unforgettable vacation on the Cote D'Azur. Our property is a little more expensive but we can offer an unrivalled location, modern apartment with all the conveniences (private parking, gated entrance, wi-fi, aircon, luxury kitchen, roomy feel and incredible views and soooo relaxing) and we do not skimp on the comforts of home with plenty of towels for home and beach, two wide 65 inch TV's with multiple entertainment channels, swimming pool in the complex and fitness facilities. We have a serene piece of Cote D'Azur paradise awaiting you. Perfect for one or two guests but we can accommodate three without a problem and we have the extra guest bathroom which is always handy. Our property is a luxury accommodation with all the comforts you would expect: private gated entrance, secure dedicated garage parking near the apartment, wonderful roomy apartment that has been decorated in a modern beach style with incredible vistas of the Monaco coastline. We have a sliding patio door that allows for ocean breezes to come in and great opportunity on the main balcony to dine for breakfast lunch and dinner. We even have illuminated night dining if you like. We have a second balcony from the bedroom and it benefits from morning sunshine but nice shade after midday with incredible mountain and ocean views. Opening the patio doors gives an incredible fresh breeze constantly throughout the apartment. If it is in mid summer and hot we have two separate aircon systems that cool (or heat) the main living room and kitchen and the bedroom so you are at the temperature you desire. We love to stock up on our favorite groceries from the many superb local stores and supermarkets (Casino Roquebrune and Monaco, Carrefour Monaco, Le Marche Monaco to name the most popular) and enjoy dining in the apartment having wine on our balcony. We have a chef's kitchen with terrific oven and grill so you can cook to your heart's delight or just enjoy roast chicken dinner or Italian pasta from the local supermarches or of course great pizza that is delivered within 30 minutes! Those of you wanting to explore further can shop for groceries in Italy - a 25 minute drive - not only saving some money but getting a different selection and wonderful local Italian wine. We are putting together a guest list "must do" from all the activities and places we have visited in our 30 years on the Riviera.
