The new Bank complex, Hilton Heads newest outdoor venue, is .2 miles away. This home is conveniently located just steps from the community pool and the free har-tru tennis courts. Guests also have access to the Shipyard Beach Club - an easy drive or bike ride away.

The entry of the property, and the whole first level is stair-free. The open-concept floor plan features beautifully laid tile throughout and all new furnishings. The living room has a sofa, loveseat, two upholstered chairs, a 65" Smart TV with sound bar and access to the spacious private patio area. The patio offers a unique view of the lagoon and golf course with two seating areas. Guests can relax outdoors with lounge chairs, and outdoor dining table.

Beyond the living area, you'll find the dining table with seating for 6. There is additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The well-stocked kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, stainless appliances and high end small appliances like a Keurig Duo and Ninja Blender.

Two of the 4 bedrooms are located on the main level. The first bedroom has a king bed, dedicated work space, 50" Smart TV, end tables with built-in USB charges, a mini-split HVAC system for added comfort and access to the private patio. This room has a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination.

The 2nd bedroom on this level has two queen beds, a 50" Smart TV, end tables with USB chargers and two large closets. This room has access to hall bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

The remaining two bedrooms are on the 2nd level. There is a king bedroom with a 50" Smart TV, end tables with USB chargers, two large closets, a dedicated work space and access to a balcony overlooking the golf course and lagoon. This room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The 4th bedroom is perfect for the kiddos of the group! This room has a full bed, closet and a 43" Smart TV.

Guests are allowed to bring up to 2 vehicles. Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
