This 5-bedroom 3 bath-room house featuring:
- 9 beds and an extra air mattress and 2 cribs
- 800 square foot deck with over 20 seating options for a fantastic outdoor experience.
- Breeo smokeless fire pit. We also have marshmallow skewers in kitchen cabinnet
- Game room offering a variety of games, including pool, foosball, ping pong, and an arcade machine featuring classic games like pac-man, snake, etc.
- 4 TVs through out the house (2 65-inch and 2 55-inch).
This mid-century modern style house offers numerous picture-perfect spots throughout. The open-concept living space seamlessly connects to the breakfast area and kitchen, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for gatherings.
We are 10 mins to Walmart and HEB, 13 mins to Woodland Mall, 30 mins from George Bush International airport. Thereâre lots of nice restaurants around like Willie's Grill & Icehouse, Black Bear Diner and the best Pappadeux Seafood kitchen I ever had so far.

- No smoking allowed on the property.
- Please respect the noise curfew after 10PM.
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property.
We kindly ask that youâd be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were yours. Thank you so much.
