This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This luxury villa is in a brand new secluded private gated subdivision just a short 5 minute drive to the hotel zone at Roc Luxe and Amansala. The villa comes with:

This luxury 4br is the perfect villa for groups who like their privacy but also plan to be active touring all Tulum has to offer. The open layout of the main living area with gourmet kitchen spacious living room with large L shaped couch, all that opens up to the back pool area with area to tan, or just lounge in the shade.

The gourmet kitchen has been stocked to have private chefs, or cook extravagant meals your self. There are few items needs to prepare a meal that you won't find.

The outdoor and indoor dining areas provide more than enough space to have a proper sit down meal with the entire group. You can either have the Sonus audio system on, or watch netflix while you eat with the 72 inch smart TV.

The 4 suites all have en suite bathrooms and large walk in closets. The house consists of:
- 3 King beds,
- 1 Queen bed
- 1 Queen bed
Sleeps 10!

The upstairs has 3 bedrooms. 1 rooms has 2 kings, 1 king master suite, and 1 queen. The downstairs room has a queen size bed.

The house has high speed wifi.

The guests have access to everything inside and outside the home private to them, but please note the laundry room is also the storage room of cleaning supplies and linens, so the room is kept locked except when the maid is present. She comes everyday to clean, so we are happy to organize the hours you want the clean so you also have access to use the laundry room when needed.

The villa is in the Enclave Residences which is a small private gated subdivision compromised of just 5 villas right now. Very Safe and very private with just a short drive to the beach.

Taxis are available but are quite expensive and difficult to get at times. We recommend speaking to our concierge about rental cars or private transportation for larger groups as these option are much more convenient and cost efficient.

please note that Tulum is a small community still underdevelopment. What makes this tiny little puebla amazing also can cause periodic inconveniences as the infrastructure is not that of major big cities you may be used to.

so please note that you may experience interruptions in things like water, electricity and/or wifi during your stay. Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues as soon as possible but there are factors that are out of our control!

The house is located in a newer part of Tulum so cell service can be poor for certain people depending on their carrier. But with the high speed wifi you will be fine for wifi calling, and video calling.

Also the city is under a huge amount of development right now so there are construction noises all around. please be aware that sometimes the noises are louder than others but in general are tolerable to sleep. constructions is only allowed during the day.

please make sure that you lock all doors and windows for the protection of your things when you are not in the home. it's necessary to keep all doors and windows locked to keep the home and your belongings safe.
