NEW in 2023. Beautifully decorated and completely updated 2nd floor 2BR/2BA flat located in the gated community of Shipyard. Primary bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has two twins plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit 212 has an updated and well stocked kitchen, bright and airy living areas and a large outdoor wrap around deck which makes for a lovely vacation spot with plenty of seating and separation. Walking distance to Shipyard Beach House and close to south end amenities like shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza. Shipyard is a great spot for those who like to walk to the beach, bike on the many secluded & shaded bike paths, play tennis at the Shipyard Racquet Club, or Golf at the only 3 nine hole courses on the island within minutes from the condo. Located across the street from Beachwalk is the Sonesta Resort, which you can walk to the outdoor bar and restaurants. For larger groups - please inquire about Beachwalk 210 (3BR/3.5 Bath) located right next door or any of our other listings in Beachwalk.

I booked this stay through VRBO with Seaside Vacations in Hilton Head, SC.2 weeks prior to our arrival, after all our plans had been made, Buddy from Seaside emailed me letting me know the unit we had rented was unavailable. He offered us a choice of 3 other units in near proximity to the unit we had selected. Once I chose an alternate, he did not respond confirming the change for over a week. I finally called the office and was told the alternate unit I selected wasnt available. Buddy offered me an entirely different unit, further from our previously selected site. Once again, he did not confirm or update the new reservation for 2 more days and 2 more phone calls.It was very anxiety provoking! I was worried up until the moment we arrived that the unit would be available.While we were in the unit, a furniture delivery driver came to the door with new bed delivery. I wasn’t informed about this, and no one answered the phone at Seaside offices.The unit we rented was fine- nothing special and the pictures definitely looked better than it did in person.Overall, the service at Seaside was TERRIBLE. I strongly recommend a different rental company when looking for your next vacation stay.

Great location

The condo was beautifully updated! It was located right next to the bike path to the beach. The twin beds weren’t super comfortable but the kids were exhausted from long beach days so they didn’t mind much. Overall we would stay again!

home away from home

It was like being at home. We felt comfortable in the house, well laid out, sunny and bright house with 7 minutes walk from the beach and was the last property on the resort, so it was located right next to the forest. Nice wrap around balcony, the bedrooms were huge with main bedroom having a king size bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The only negatives were the condition of some of the pots and pans, maybe time to change them. Please supply instructions for the TV remotes as it was difficult to figure out at first. Overall I recommend staying at this property

Upstairs suite

Loved the setting of this new and attractively decorated unit. A few small repairs still needed on the deck. Mostly well stocked kitchen. The dish washer was unuseable. Did dishes the good ole fashioned way.

HHI vacation

We stayed at Shipyard before and liked the location. Booked this condo on short notice and glad it was available. Liked the 2nd floor condo better than 1st floor. Condo was clean, kitchen could be stocked better with better pots and pans, some are rusty. Communication was good, we had issue with the 2nd bath shower door and Buddy came to fix it right away. Master bed needs better pillows. Bring your own pillow as theirs is very flat. Could use extra pillows and blankets. Listing didn't mention TVs in bedrooms but there's a TV in each bedroom plus bigger one in living room. Condo has been renovated which we like a lot, compared to staying at old condos. We would definitely come back to this condo for future stay.

Beautiful and peaceful

This is a beautiful condo and in such a perfect location. We loved being in the back of Beachwalk because it was so quiet. A nice walk down the path to the beach. Perfect! Very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room furniture was not the most comfortable, but it was fine. Very nice deck to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. We would love to return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited for a tennis tournament at Shipyard. The condo was neatly kept and appointed and updated. The condo was quiet and clean. Close to everything especially the beach and tennis courts. Only things we encountered so not 5 stars were the twin beds are not comfortable and are too small. Adults cannot sleep in them comfortably. Why not put two full size? The TV remotes were quirky and not responsive all the time.

Wonderful Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent experience renting through Seashore Vacations. The condo was very clean upon arrival and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The condo itself was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We love staying in Beachwalk area because of easy beach access, but we also love the privacy of this condo being at the back of the Beachwalk area. The shower station at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the condo was very handy for rinsing off our feet and beach gear and allowed us to skip the more busy rinsing stations at the beach access. We would definitely stay here again and would use Seashore Vacations in the future.
