We would advice our guests to rent a car. Rental cars are in general very cheap in the Orlando area. Free parking is provided inside the resort.

All properties are previously set up, clean, sanitized for housekeeping including linens and towels & supervised

We provide a STARTER SET of toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one night, or perhaps two, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
No laundry detergent or paper towels are in the house upon arrival.

We have functional refrigerator, stove /oven , microwave and basics house hold Appliances as well plates, cups , silverware and cooking pans .
Please be ware that is not a full kitchen !

WE DO NOT PROVIDE POOL TOWELS

Regular towels is one per guest only , we don’t supply extra towels during the stay or extra supplies .

Not what was listed

Bonus room w bunkbeds is a close with no windows. Details say 4 rooms but a closest off another room is far from a bonus room. Totally mislead and reply was no it is a 3 bedroom but again not how it is listed and what I was told when I asked. Stove did not work and the TV in the master room was broke. The place overall was decent and clean but worn and in need of updates. Communication was poor as I had to ask several times for clarity on the Bonus room and was told sorry not pictures but it is a room with bunkbeds............. ugh 4 adults and I said I need for rooms.

Great location for convention center!

We needed a property near the convention center...and this was 7 minutes away. Also near I-4 so easy access to go to parks, Disney Springs, etc. Lots of dining. Publix shopping center right there was great for picking up food. Only complaint was fitness facility. Too small for the size of the complex. Would 100% stay there again.

Comfort stay

Place was clean, spacious and close to all the parks. Just one improvement suggestion for the coated kitchen utensils needs to be replaced with new ones. Overall, it’s was a nice stay and we enjoyed a lot.

Not all expectations fullfilled

I booked this unit because I had stayed at Vista Cay once befor e and loved it. The stay this time started out a little rough when the info that was supposed to be sent to me in order to get in the unit was not supplied. I can say that the owner responded quickly and had to text me the codes needed to got into Vista Cay as well as codes to get in the condo. It was very clean when we arrived, but I noticed there were only 2 T.V.’s, one in living room, and one in master bedroom. No TV in the other 2 bedrooms. Neither had cable, which was noted as having in the description of the condo. Only an HD local antenna hooked up, which meant only local channels could be viewed. Only 1 towel per person, which meant we had to do several loads of laundry in the 4 days we stayed. Limited seating in the living room. 1 sofa, no chairs. 8 chairs around the dining table, but they were tall chairs. Coffee maker did not work properly. Small balcony which was OK, but only 2 chairs out there. Noticed an envelope sitting on a stand, to be used for a possible “tip” for the housekeeper. Thought cleaning charge was included. I’m not sure if when I return to Orlando, (I go 2X a year), I will stay ay Vista Cay. Just not what expected

Would not stay in an apartment by this owner again

4 night stay August 5 to 9, 2018. Paid in full by June 30th. Expected info on Apt. number, gate and door codes at least three days before check-in on Aug. 5th. Sent message to owner on Aug 3rd as reminder that I still needed Apt. number and codes for gate and apt. door - no response. August 4th spent 2 hours trying to call owner, finally made contact and received Apt. number, gate and apt. door codes. This was just under 24 hours from check-in time. Problems - Decorative pillows on beds but no bed pillows - found those in closets - dirty/stained and one covered in small black feathers. Pillow cases found on shelf under pillows. 2 bath towels and one hand towel on each bed but no wash cloths. Rugs looked dirty and no evidence of recently vacuumed. Brown rug in master bath matted down and covered in white fuzz. Toilet paper so thin even using 5 layers, hand still got wet. Active wasp nests on balcony. Beds stripped as requested before leaving - found dead bug and roach legs on one bed. Was insulted by an envelope on the table in the entry hall requesting a tip for the cleaning staff. The cost of the stay included a cleaning fee and an additional "tip" should not be expected or asked for. Chose this apartment because it had a King and 3 Queen beds. With 2 adults and 2 teenage children, we would each get our own bed. Had stayed in another apartment by a different owner in the same building three months earlier. Everything was perfect in that apt. and expected the same from this owner. Live and learn.

Lovely apartment and a great location.

The apartment was modern and bright and very clean. Very comfortable and the proximity to the pool was great. Publix supermarket and eating places nearby. Correspondence with owner was excellent. I would recommend this apartment.

An amazing experience for sure

We were very fortunate to rent this unit for the month of February. It is comfortable, cheerful and well appointed. We arrived to a unit that was clean and welcoming. The location is central to most attractions and there is a great swimming pool close by. The owners are very courteous and are very quick to respond to any inquiry or request. Thank you for a very pleasant time. We highly recommend your Vista Cay unit.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view

Comfortable & Adequate

I have stayed in various units in vista cay. I would say this unit is more of an "economy" model. It is comfortable and clean. The owner responded very quickly when I had a question. It was a good value and I may rent again.
