Welcome to Sunny Paradise, your perfect vacation getaway in sunny Florida! Our excellent host to guest service stands out above all others, if you need it and we can provide it - you’ve got it! We’re located in a perfect spot minutes to the beach (about 13 minutes drive) and even closer to everything else such as Target, Publix and restaurants (about 2 minutes drive). Robinson’s Preserve is within a minute drive, where you can hike, play, and rent a kayak to explore the area by water. We have a large fenced back yard, high quality BBQ grill, a pretty nice size pool with heat available at no charge during the warmer months. During the winter we may ask a small additional payment to help off set the cost, however we set our pool heat to 86/88 degrees to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. Perfect beach home!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 4 children ranging from 18 months to 14 years old. We always worry about how child proof the home will be but this home has it all. Highchair, pack n play, alarm on pool sliding door, open floor plan so we could always see what the toddler was getting into. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for your stay. Very nice weber grill in the back yard. Comfortable beds with room darkening curtains. Everything worked as it should. Tge neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. I would not hesitate to book this home again. Thank you to the Lake family for sharing your home!

Awesome House

This was one of the best overall experiences we have had through VRBO. The hostess was so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Lena was very quick to answer the simplest of questions. The pool was the best! The entire family enjoyed it. The house was supplied with the necessary items for family vacation survival, plenty of TP and garage bags. We really appreciated that aspect bc we didn’t have to make a special trip to the store to purchase. This was our first experience that a host provided those items in abundance. We were only a 10 minute drive to Anna Marie Island. The house location was an easy drive to all places…airport, outlet, restaurants, and the island. We would definitely rent again and look forward in working with Lena again!

memorial day weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect, had everything we needed. It was perfect for us and our kids. The pool was amazing. They also had everything you needed for the beach! Would recommend staying at this property. We would def stay again. The host was also very nice and kept in contact to make sure we had what was needed!

Short drive to the best beaches :)

Check in was easy, all the information was sent promptly! Location was great for us, as we just wanted to be as close to AMI as possible without paying the super high prices of it…15 minutes to the amazing beaches!! Pool was great and had plenty of towels and beach chairs for your beach days. Roku and tv’s in every room was a plus! The only cons of this property is that the neighborhood is average, and we definitely could have used a few more heavier comforters/Blankets. Property is Geared more towards a family with younger kids. Overall a decent place for the money (I got a discount for bing one of the first renters) wouldn’t want to pay above that though.
