Come check out this beautiful 1 bedroom unit rented exclusively through Airbnb! Remodeled kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and in unit laundry included! Centrally located in downtown Spokane, this unit is close to hospitals, directly off I-90, just 10 minutes from the airport, as well as minutes away from downtown nightlife with easy access to public transportation! We hope to host you soon!
The space
This is a beautiful 1 bedroom located in our 7 unit complex. There is a queen mattress in the master bedroom and a full kitchen with a view of the city lights just waiting for you to cook!
Other things to note
There is a parking lot located to the right of the building for your convenience. You will not have to park on the street. We do not allow any kind of smoking in the units. There is a 500$ fee to clean any areas smoked in or any drug use on premise/paraphernalia left behind.

Cozy and comfy space

This was the perfect spot for me while I was in town for a convention over the weekend. The bed was VERY comfortable and the layout of the space was great when I'd come back after a long day and just wanted to watch some youtube on the couch. Check in was easy and the host could not have been more timely in their responses.

Some issues but not terrible

The issues I had are as follows:1. I never received any communication from the property owner/manager2. The communication I did receive was an auto-generated email from VRBO that did not include any contact info for the property manager but it did include an address and code to get in the door3. The address that was provided a few days before I arrived was incorrect as was the code to get in the door (fortunately the maintenance guy happened to be getting in his vehicle & assisted with correct address & code)4. The location shown on VRBO when you book is not the location of the property (an issue because I didn't have a car & it showed it was 2 blocks from my friend, but turned out to be 9 blocks away)5. The property is next to the busy & loud I-90 freeway6. I got locked out one night because when I got there the front door to the building was locked & the code to my room did not work & I had no contact info for the property mgr.

NICU stay at Sacred Heart

The location worked out great for my Grandson when they had the premature birth of their son. They needed a place to stay for about 2 weeks while their son got stronger each day. This property and location worked out very well.
