Fabulous Foothills Retreat is just off the famous 76 Strip in a quiet area with light traffic and close to everything you’ll want to do in Branson. Our 2 bedroom 2 2 bath condo will make you feel right at home with more space to enjoy your stay. Make yourself at home and enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen. Kick back and relax watching your favorite program on tv. Everyone will enjoy the amazing amenities in the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna and a fitness center. When it’s time to rest you’ll sleep comfortable on the king size bed in the master bedroom or queen size bed in the second bedroom. Whether you stay for a night or a week, you’ll be glad you stayed with us!

It was a great spot for our last minute vacation for our family. Location was great to get around to the different activities that we did. Communication with owner was great.

Loved our rental! We were only there a short time (three nights); but, wish it was a little longer. Very clean, comfortable beds. Wish Master bedroom had a ceiling fan; but, otherwise, a very nice stay.

Great Family condo

This condo looked exactly how it was pictured. Its very spacious, beautiful decor inside, and in a quiet area. No stairs to climb inside or outside the home. No carpet inside, only hard floor surface. The master bedroom has no ceiling fan but there was a floor fan available there to use. The master bed and the pillows on the bed were not comfortable at all. The master jacuzzi tub is very dated in appearance. No beach towels provided. The living room t.v. did not have any streaming capabilities so that Netflix, Hulu, Prime could be watched. It was available in the master bedroom tv only but with a group of people that wouldn't work well being in there. Bare minimum cleaning supplies provided. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This location is close to all the attractions too.

The Dining and Kitchen area. Two barstools are provided too. The Dining table chairs can also work for the bar because the barstools aren't sturdy for larger body frames.

Great little getaway

Great little condo. The condo was cute and clean. The location to the clubhouse was great, with it being directly across the street. We had no issues. My only complaint would be that there needs to be a ceiling fan in the master bedroom.

All around excellent property!

The location was great!! It was nice to walk in and have the Christmas tree lights on, it was clean and very spacious!! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

As we were unloading another family showed up to check into the same unit, with the same code and everything. We could not get a hold of the manager. It took over a dozen phone calls to finally get through to him. I had asked about coffee being provided in the unit and he said that there was some there - enough for one pot :(

Poor communication

1st, I was told it was a walk in facility but there was 2 1-step accesses necessary. That's quite a bit for a person with a walker. 2nd, I called my host with a problem locking the door to the unit, along with not being able to pull the plug on the kitchen sink to drain it, and the host did not return my call AT ALL. The unit was nice and nicely laid out. It would have been nice if the coffee was set up. We enjoyed the patio. That's where we played our games. Thanks for the great time.

Everything was great. Location was perfect for what we needed. Ground floor entrance to condo was wonderful. Condo was in great shape perfect for 2 couples. Only minus coffee maker did not work. Would definitely rent this condo again.
