Enjoy a fully renovated studio apartment well equipped with everything you need to enjoy, relax and create new memories.

In the studio you can find a Smart TV and high-speed internet.

You can walk from your front door to the sand in just 8 minutes or stroll to Coligny Plaza to find local shops, restaurants and live entertainment such as the famous Tiki-Hut. The place has everything you'll need for your stay, including beach towels and chairs.

Our complex offers a large pool for renters to use! The pool is open from 7am until Sunset everyday which makes it the perfect getaway to relax and unwind!
You can also find onsite laundry facilities in each building.

The condo is perfectly located on the south End of the island. Close by you can find several bike rental places to explore the island and its amazing bike paths.

Another great benefit about this studio is that you are close to Sea-Pines and other great activities on Hilton Head Island!

Hilton Head Island is a beach paradise. If you love the island life in Hilton Head Island you can experience nature on a dolphin tour, kayak tour, a kids pirate tour or mermaid tour, rent jet skis or visit the Coastal Discovery Museum.
Golfers will appreciate being close to courses such as Shipyard Golf Club and Harbour Town Golf Links.

The Studio is located in the local workers apartment complex and not in a vacation resort!

Perfect little apartment for HH

Love the location of this apartment in all aspects (beaches, restaurants, bars, and walking distance from parking). The room was clean, well stocked, and the host went above and beyond. Definitely will stay again.

Perfect space in a prime location!!

Great location that’s an easy walk to any bars/restaurants and the beach. Couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay here! The place was spotless and the host was so easy to communicate with and was very accommodating! HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE when you visit Hilton Head :)

Good for male travelers on a budget

Pros: 3 minute drive to beach, decor is cute, economical stay, property manager was very responsive. Cons: bed cover was not cleaned between guests, noise carries easily, complex is run down with sketchy people hanging around.

Great location everything in walking distance we just preferred to drive. The place was so nicely decorated and clean. There was a coffee maker with filters and coffee that I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend

Average studio with minimal amenities

The unit is in a housing block that is not superb. Albeit, it is in a convenient location. The amenities (sheets, bathroom, etc.) were not high quality yet sufficient. Our biggest complaint is the safety aspect, as the door code was easily guessable. Also we killed a small cockroach upon entry. Overall, 3 stars. This is a good deal for the location, yet be cognizant this is not a vacation complex.
