***** There is a $39/night/room plus tax resort fee that offers exclusive access to parking, complimentary Basic Wi-Fi, in-room coffee, and use of ALL on-site amenities including the fitness center, Clubhouse locker rooms, recreation classes, hot tubs, pools, nightly movies, billiards, and much more! This fee also covers on-property shuttles, and off-property shuttles to casino corridor, the village, and ski lodges, along with the Skier Express gondola to the Stagecoach Chairlift.
***** This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation.
Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.
WE DO NOT promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required.

Guest access
Guest will check in with Front desk or with security guard after hours.

Is important that the guest who is booking, must be 21 years or older and present a ID that matches the name on your VRBO account .
For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars.

Rules for changing dates: 1. Reservations made in promotional dates cannot be changed. 2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability.
3. Each date alteration has a $50 penalty (decrease in days).

In accordance with VRBO's Extenuating Circumstances Policy, weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location are not considered extenuating circumstances. This property is highly sought after for snow-related attractions, therefore, adverse weather conditions linked to snow do not fulfill the conditions for cancellations due to extenuating circumstances. We suggest that guests take out travel insurance, such as the one offered by during the booking process.
Remember that our cancellation policy is a strict one, which allows guests to receive a full refund only if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before a listing's check-in time. For this reason we highly recommend using insurance.
