This wonderful Sea Pines beach home is centered around large courtyard pool and a short walk to the world famous beaches. Upon entry you will see a large great room with vaulted ceilings, a large sectional sofa and a farmhouse table, perfect for family meals and game night. From the great room you can relax on the screened in porch with your morning coffee, overlooking the private side yard. On this side of the home are all of the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, TV, door to the screened in porch and access to the shared hall bath. This bathroom, with a shower/tub combo, is also used by bedroom two. This room has a queen bed and a small side room with a built in bunk bed. The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath with separate shower and soaker tub, and a sliding door to the pool area.

The kitchen and den are on the other side of the house. The large bright kitchen has updated counter tops, lots of working space, four bar stools, and a breakfast table for four. There is also a door to the pool area from the kitchen. Off the kitchen is the den with cozy reading chairs and a TV. This room can be closed off with a pocket door. The pool area is a shining star! Completely private, enclosed by privacy shrubs and fencing, the pool gets a nice mix of sun and shade. There is an outdoor dining under the roof for shade and new pool furniture and grill around the pool. This is the perfect place to lounge in the evening and hot summer days!
