Host was very responsive when asked the one question I had before we got there.Good nights sleep in the quiet (on quiet cul-de-sac) and the dark (back off the street so no street lights shining in).Kitchen well equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.

Ed and Tracy are wonderful hosts! The property is exactly as described and pictured. The self-contained apartment is located above the garage, with its own private entrance and designated parking spot, which was very convenient.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bed was very comfortable. There are also lots of windows throughout the apartment, making it bright and allowing for great airflow. The neighborhood is quiet and was easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Ed and Tracy’s place to others!

Quiet location. Lovely clean modern suite with lots of windows for light and fresh air. No a/c though but an electric fan was provided. Host was quick to respond to my questions and was very friendly (but not overly friendly where he wanted to chat every time he saw you) and very accommodating. We arrived on a motorbike and couldn’t use the designated guest parking spot as it was gravel, so the host let us use part of his cement parking spot. We would stay again. Thanks Ed!

This studio was perfect for our long weekend getaway. It was super clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and having a washer and dryer was nice. I would stay here again.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was very convenient, just up the road from a beautiful beach. Also very close to an amazing restaurant called Chasters. The rental was exactly as described on VRBO.

I spent a long weekend over at Ed's until with my partner. Great location and fantastic host who responds quickly and was very welcoming! I will definitely stay again if given a chance!

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. As this is a suite above a garage, there is no green space so if you want to sit outside, a drive to the beach is best option.

Great stay!

This is our second time staying at this property and it continues to meet all our needs. It is a very comfortable, clean, and inviting. Great location, close to beach and all amenities. Hope to be back sooner than later.

Great studio suite

I enjoyed the stay, great studio. Very clean and quiet and well appointed. The bed was comfy and the host was super nice and easy to communicate with!

Great getaway

The place was great for my purpose - which was to be alone for a few days ! The studio had everything you would need and it was super clean with great quality, comfortable furniture.
