Overall the rental was very nice. Lots of choices for cooking materials and plenty of silverware, plates, bowls, & cups. Towels have seen better days but still functional. Furniture had been changed out from the picture but still comfortable. Location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads.

Very clean, super cozy and homey. The kitchen was well stocked and had lots of utensils, pots and pans. The only thing we noticed wasn’t there was a cookie/baking sheet or casserole dishes so be sure to bring your own! Other than that we absolutely loved the house and it was an amazing stay.

The management company is not the best. They like to harass you about not throwing parties. Maybe it’s a problem in this area, not sure. I had to tell them 3 times I’m old and just need a place to stay on my way to my destination. Fire alarm was not installed in the hallway that was not the best. Also a surprise was left for us in the toilet downstairs. Could use some better management.

Nice stay in quiet neighborhood

This house was clean and met our needs as home base for a small group of our extended family to stay in Sioux Falls for a weekend event. Although the main floor was not huge, the open concept living-dining-kitchen area was great for visiting and sharing meals.
