A large great room has two separate vignettes. The main room has comfy furniture and a 65" Smart TV. Just off the main room is a separate Nook. A wall of windows bring the beautiful views to your dinner table. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools. Stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite counters and custom cabinets. This home has four bedroom. The Primary bedroom has a King size bed, vaulted ceilings and a private bath. The bath has a soaking tub and walk-in tiled shower. A double quartz topped vanity allows ample space for you to store your toiletries. Two guest bedrooms are connected by a Jack n' Jill bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have queen beds. One of the bedrooms has a 32" wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and quartz topped vanity. The fourth bedroom is a perfect spot for the kids! This room has a full size bed and twin bunk beds. The full hall bath sits just off the kitchen and main living room. This bathroom has a walk-in shower. All three bathrooms have blow dryers for you to use.

A laundry room with full sized washer and dryer are available for you to use. On the back deck is a gas grill.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
