Hidden Haven on 9 acre, pond, barn and more, sleeps 20

Summary:
There's not enough words to write about this bliss. 30 min from uptown Charlotte but feels in a different world. This is THE FAMILY RETREAT boasting 5600 sq feet, 9 acre property, barn, stocked fishing pond, tree house, pool , hot tub, and fire pit. Pets are welcome for an extra fee of $150 per pet.

The Space:
clubhouse, huge back yard and tons of privacy. This is THE PROPERTY to get friends and family together to have fun and rekindle. The outdoor lights, the birds chirping, the fire pit, it'll take your breath away. There's also an adjoining clubhouse that allows for catering, parties, etc. Plenty of privacy and space to stretch out. Nestled in Stanfield NC, a nice "small town" feel that is a stone's throw away from uptown Charlotte. Total of 6 bedrooms plus media room with pullout sofa.

Guest Access:
Please note that the garage attached at clubhouse is for owners only for storage and guests cannot access it. The adjacent big land with a big pond belongs to the neighbor . Our pond is the one at the entrance of house with a fountain.

Getting Around:
You’ll find a super Walmart less than 10 minutes away. Along with a Food Lion even closer in under 8 minutes. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants options such Local room, Mi fuente fresh Mexican grill, Buzzed Viking, along with several more options. If you like golfing, the Red Bridge golf club is less than 8 minutes, or you could take a short 7 minutes drive to award winning Rocky River Vineyards and enjoy a cool refreshing slushy, And if you’re really feeling lucky, you could opt to take a day trip to the Reed Gold Mine and try your luck in panning for gold, which is also less than 10 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
To use the outdoors hot tub. please give me 30 minutes heads-up and I can turn it on remotely from my phone.

The porch doors from master bedroom and kitchen area have a special lock mechanism. You'll need to lift the handle up first to activate the lock then lock it. Please text me if you didn't know how to lock it and i will guide you.
