Brand new and modern with breathtaking views

Walk up the front steps and see all the way through the villa to the outside deck with salt water pool and beyond to expansive views of the Caribbean sea! The master suite has the same view of the Caribbean and a mountain view of Mount Nevis. The second master suite has the identical Caribbean view and a view of St. Kitts. Both bedroom suites have walk-in closets and beautifully tiled walk-in showers.

The kitchen has beautiful custom slab cabinets, white quartz countertops, all new appliances, and an island with seating for four. It is equipped with high end cookware and knives, Vitamix blender, Kitchen Aid mixer, ice maker, toaster, microwave and a Generac generator if there is a power outage. All the comforts of home while on vacation!

The villa is located on a road with similar high end properties and a private security patrol. The lot is one acre, providing a sense of privacy without feeling isolated. It is elevated enough to be able to see for miles but easily accessible from the main road less than 1/2 mile away. The best beaches on the island are minutes away.

No need to leave the house to watch the sunset. Have a glass of wine and enjoy from the outdoor living area on the deck. Dine al fresco if you want to enjoy a quiet night at home.

Looking for a night out? Enjoy the many high end restaurants Nevis has to offer as well as a variety of beach bars with great food and fun.

This house is brand new and waiting to welcome you to paradise. We can provide you with information about our next door neighbors' property which also has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths if you have a larger group.

The house is gorgeous and modern, the interiors light and airy, the kitchen is equipped by people who love to cook, and the main view and sunsets are so good that it took us a few days to even notice the great side view of St Kitts. The hosts were friendly and available; the whole thing was a joy. Thank you!

Our stay was amazing! From the moment we checked in, until we left a week later, everything was perfect! Well appointed kitchen with all the appliances you need, salt-water pool, amazing views of sunset every evening, and two large bedrooms each with ensuite. The property is quiet and away from the main road. You feel like you are in your own world!We loved our stay and hope to go back again next time we are in Nevis.

Cute little hideaway in Nevis

Aqui is a terrific place in Fern Hill. The house was clean, accommodating and the view tremendous! The local agent met us, made the check in easy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Can't wait to return!

So relaxing

Barbara, host, is exceptional in communicating. From the early days of booking through to the millions of questions we asked, Barbara was brilliant. Derek, Property Manager locally, was helpful, attentive and was around if needed. The villa is exceptional, had everything we could ask for, perfectly located and really helped us both enjoy Nevis. The island is best suited for those who are looking for a 'no news, no shoes' approach to a quiet, relaxing and recharging holiday. Nevis and the people are so welcoming. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Monkeys, sunsets, views, beaches, and more

Villa Aqui is a beautiful modern house, perfect for two couples. Each air conditioned bedroom has its en suit bathroom. The open space airy living room/kitchen is nicely furnished and decorated. Well equipped kitchen, and a dining table on a shaded patio by the swimming pool. The streamlined design is easy to keep clean and tidy. Quiet neighborhood, with views to the sea, St Kitts, and the volcano. With a rental car, the location is convenient to many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and Charlestown. The gracious owner, Barbara Jordan, helped arranging smooth transfer from St Kitts airport to the Villa. The house manager met us at the water taxi dock and checked during our stay that everything was ok. Barbara and Dereck know the island and provide useful tips and recommendations. In summary, we had a splendid vacation, we loved Nevis, and we will return.

We have been visiting Nevis for over 20 years. Now that we are able to spend more than a couple weeks at a time we decided we wanted a place of our own with comfortable amenities, so we decided to build our dream house.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We believe the location is the best on the island. Close to restaurants and beaches, private but not isolated, with a great view but not a steep climb from the main road.

Everything in the house is new including furniture and appliances. The house is in pristine condition.
